Dev, Why are u so selfish with Sona?

Dev has shown to be most selfless person when it comes his family and other people around him. But when it comes to Sona suddenly the "I" syndrome creeps in. Even when things were fine between them, he always said i need u for myself, u r solution to all my problems, u r mine. She did more than her ability to adjust in Dev's family but he kicked her out when he came to knw about his mother's insecurities, not even thinking about her misery and pain. She left with all grace and dignity.

Now after break up he is in immense pain because he misses her, he feels emptiness in his life. But there is no remorse. Not even once he thght how wrong he has done with Sonakshi. After all her love and dedication, she din deserve what she got. Atleast he got for what he has taken this major step in his life " his mother's happiness and smile". On other hand Poor soul Sonakshi has completely lost trust in her self.

Last scene of yest episode again Dev says"I" need to c u once, I need to knw what u r doing. That girl, her feelings and her pain doesn't even crosses his mind.

Even in yest SBS segment he says Sonakshi is getting married to hurt him- again him? This is all u knw her Mr. Dev Dixit. A person who has loved u so selflessly u think she will marry to hurt u? Really?

This aspect of Dev's charcter always surprises me. I don CVs have done this on purpose or they ignoring this very important point.
