Sonakshi Bose and the way she is...

Had Sona been real I would be real proud of her upbringing. To raise a girl like her is the parents and family's highest credit in my books. Standing up for her dignity as a professional the next morning of her breakup...Guts to jerk some sense into her love by grabbing him by collar and last but not the least telling off Ishwari confidently about her being the big chunk of a reason for Dev's happiness. She portrayed all encompassing features of the Royal Bengal Tigress.. not to be triffles with her or her's. Respecting others is our duty but respecting oneself is a necessity because otherwise you are not sure of the person you are and much of liking for yourself. Erica's portrayal of above emotions were heart wrenching... no doubts about it, in the break up episode. Atta Girl!

Also the way she kept calmness and put up a brave nonchalant face so as to not make her parents more worried than they already are shows what iron mettle she's made of , along with a heart of Gold.
Bijoy was so right , she's really a heera , a shining diamond. Dev will be extremely lucky to get her as a life partner, hope his character will deserve her at that point of the story when they reunite

There needs to be lot of learning and painful realizations for Dev before he is ready to deserve her.😊

Sona's character is something that i would look up to always. The beauty of her character is that she knows when to speak and when not to. And even when she retorts to anyone elder to her, she does it with a grace that the other person doesn't feel offended.
In the hospital when Ishwari hints to her that their relationship was never meant to be, it made her so weak but the only sign of that pain was shown when she subtly grabbed the door handlebar for support.
And i also liked it when she asked her, "Auntiji, now you must be feeling better right?"
Anyone could easily overlook the actual meaning behind that question. I felt what she meant to ask was "Auntiji, now you must be feeling better after knowing that i am no more in your son's life" rather than about her health in general.
Her way of handling situations is something i admire. She knows how to respect her elders and is always careful when speaking to them. But at the same time she is always ready to argue and make her point to Dev or her siblings because she knows they won't be offended.
Even the way she has handled the break up is admirable. Many would say that she gave up easily and didn't fight back or didn't give a piece of mind to Ishwari. She had many instances in the hospital to taunt Ishwari back but she she chose not to. I think it is her upbringing that has taught her to respect her elders no matter what the situation.
