I guess this is the difference between a dancer and a non dancer... A non dancer struggle to do the steps whereas a dancer does the same with ease... I may be wrong as i am not a dancer but as a viewer i feel the same...

Secondly as a choreographer it is her job to the positives and negatives of hers and the partner... If she knew that she couldn't cope up with the energy level of the partner then at first place she shouldn't have choreographed in such a way which reflects the same on screen ... score will be given to the contestant no doubt but choreographer also plays a major role fas she is also a partner. Atleast for me its clearly visible that there is mis sync in the performance... Alisha energy level is not upto the mark of Shantanu's

Thirdly choreography is limited... purely my pov. Alisha must pull up her socks and try to do something new and unique... She has one of the talented contestant as a partner and she can experiment anything with him. . She is a very good dancer no doubt in that but and she should prove to be a good choreographer.
I still think Alisha is capable of doing it

Really sorry but you are making Alisha look like one pathetic dancer which I am sorry she isn't.Yes she was not upto the mark on that day. Yes ofcourse there were mis cordinationed portions but there were in sync portions as well. So its not like she was struggling all through out. And yes I stand by my statement, choreography was pretty tough to carry off and was not limited in any manner. They surely increased the difficulty level with this piece.

if my comment gives you that impression about Alisha then i am sorry my intension was not that when i very well know that she is a very good dancer then why i will project my comment like that ...
Even in my comment i said that she is a very good dancer and there is no doubt in that ...i had seen her dancing since DID. i am simply talking about the choreography and for me i appeared as limited and i want her to try something new and different ...

Swathi somehow I feel I am unable to clear my stand, which you accurately pointed out. A simple choreography can be good whereas a tough choreography can be limited. By limited I mean to say there is less chance of exploration of each step which didn't outreach to an another level. Even lack of energy can also caused the act to be limited & that is what was lacking. Lack of energy from Alisha's side & less chance of exploration of each steps. The dance was more like a quick step form than freestyle for which Alisha seems a bit heavy on her feet.

Alisha has great experience in the dance and choreography field, including training under many international dancers like Yanish Marshall etc, along with choreographing many hit bollywood dance numbers of Salman Khan etc with famous choreographers. So I'm sure she has the potential to do great choreo and dance, but perhaps as mentioned by her recently, that due to time constraints they couldnt' do their full potential. Hoping she plays to her strengths and Shantanu's so that together they can do great choreographies and execution.

Okay i am a layperson audience who knows nothing about the technicality of dance and having read comments about shantanu and alisha's performance on the forum, I thought their performance would not be that great but man! I enjoyed their act.
