My first post and take on the story...
I feel that the story is inching slowly towards the 2nd promo.
Sons may interact with Ritwik and there will be some drama for viewers too. But will not be able to accept anyone in place of Dev.
Some events will happen and she will start talking to Dev again. Taking us to promo 2..."tum ne to kaha tha phone nahi karogi... ". Dev is only too happy to be talking to her.
How she becomes Ishwari's nutritionist again will have to be seen. Maybe she will have problems with current job and Dev silently helps her. This time she does not refuse even if she comes to know.
By this time she has healed from the initial hurt, heartbreak and has accepted certain reality and has even forgiven Dev to some extent.
After this the story moves to third promo where Dev comes to meet her with some excuse and she does not turn him away. Nothing has changed from ishwari's perspective yet. Thus the third promo where sonar tells him to try to speak to her.. And he does not agree but she has accepted this.
Last track maybe how Ishwari will change.. Some incidents or maybe khatri track
