Yes, you read me right!
I can not hate a mentally sick person. I realize that the difference between her and those people in chains is just time.
While other mentally sick people are noted early and treated, Ishwari's family is in denial...exp. Dev and Mamaji. And Neha needs to act fast (I think she will when she has a full detail of the course of Ishwari's illness)
Until they realize that that woman is sick, she is a victim of their ignorance.

Right from the day she was acting like a baby and not following her food chart, I knew this woman is either a "premature adult", and a sick mother.
Then, after she cooked using firewood inside the kitchen, I was sure because she is suicidal.
then, she over took her medications just because she is "mad at herself" for being unhappy with her son's happiness.

finally, she seem clueless about everything going on around the child she said is her life.
hhhmmm

How can we hate a sick woman? I see her as a victim. she needs help.

As for Mamaji, he seem to know his sister is mentally sick, but he seem to scared to really approach the issue (maybe he prefers being a loyal brother to a death sister, than a real brother whose sister is still alive)

Dev broke the relation for that only...
Neha approached victim but she is still in denial..

Just a fun part- I wish Ritwik dad is a widower and is a psychiatrist.. Why don't he treat n cute her n then marry Ishwari.. And let Ritwik solve Devakshi problem 🤣

She does need help... but I still don't like her. 😆 Especially today where she was talking to Neha about "choosing" a bride for Dev. Sometimes I think Ishwari is in love with Dev 😆

I agree , her attachment is unnatural. She made him substitute for spousal companionship.
