I feel this track is Suraj's redemption. TRP is steady at 2.5 and in TV land that's what matters. I'm not sure why they even added that attempted rape scene. Plus the characters have moved on like it never happened.

Attempted rape scene was added to show that Suraj may have some feelings for Imli - as Roni pointed out. Plus the drama adds the TRPs. Unfortunately they can use such disgusting tracks without any real backlash to push the show forward.

I also think it was to show that the character has touched the bottom. Only way from here on was up.

I think Suraj's sudden attachment towards his baby is a huge step towards his redemption. And now, the villains, KN and Ragini, are against Suraj and he only has Chakor by his side. This track will show how compatible they can be with each other, how strong they are alongside each other etc, I guess.

As for the attemp-to-rape scene, I too do not understand what was the conclusion to it. It did not affect Chakor as it should have, she actually forgot about it totally and is now working with Suraj. Maybe the CVs realised what a risk they have taken with Suraj's character that's why tried to 'redeem' his heinous act by showing that he apologized and gave her flowers. Totally awkward situation and a stupid decision.

For me ,if cvs want suraj to redeemed then he have to save chakor many times , he have to help the villagers, have to go to jail for one time...he have to fail ragini's and KN's evil plans..have to be with chakor and her mahanta's plan...and the most ..he have to sacrifice his life for chakor or villagers or family this all will make sukor clear and suraj as lead...nahi to baki cvs hai hi big C...if you know what i mean
