Why isnt it ??? Before 2007/2008 Id say releasing your film on that date was the biggest weekend. I understand what Independence day means as oppose to Eid/Diwali, but were talking purely from business. A day off is a day off 😆😆

Akki should not have said that, yes he is trying to be funny, but man leave it, during these situations even if you praise MJ, people will take it as you are being sarcastic.
Also why will HR call you to say "Thank You" when his own movie is not doing well at BO. I think when he will meet you, he will say it to your face, better than hiding behind the cell phone.
Although Akki did what no other could do, have Khan fans United against one cause😆
