Hrithik hasn't called to congratulate me for Rustom: Akshay Kumar speaks up!

But adds that there's no tension between the two...

Akshay Kumar and Hrithik Roshan clashed at the box office this Friday. Their films Rustom and Mohenjo Daro released on the same day and it was a titanic clash for Bollywood this year.

The results are out and Akshay's won the box office battle by a huge margin. While Hrithik's film is struggling to make a mark, Rustom is already in the hit zone.

When asked about it, Akshay clearly points out one thing. "It's not a clash. Don't give it a word clash. Clash is a wrong word we don't clash with each other. We always pray that movies should run at the box office, if the films do well actors will also do well and eventually the film industry will run. It is important for every film to do well. We want to make films like Hollywood. They make big action films and we would also like to do it. And that can only happen if all films work," Akshay told reporters at the success interview for Rustom.

Has the battle changed his equation with Hrithik who stays in the same building? "We are still neighbours. We are still friends, we still talk to each other and eat together," he smiled. But he quickly adds, "Hrithik has still not called to congratulate me for Rustom's success."

Well, Duggu, we do understand why! But then again, you guys are friends.Ek call toh banti hai, boss!
