So this isn't a terribly long write-up about the concert since I'm super lazy and I honestly can't describe in words my experience(it was surreal/dreamlike) since I woke up the the next day and still thought about the concert for awhile. I was lucky to get good seats due to some connections for a fair price(working that Punjabi aunty network lol) and I went with a big group(of my parents and their friends) that enjoy to drink an dance which made this enjoyable.

Disclaimer: I am sorta a Sid fan so could be biased on that end and my entire family loves KJO so maybe on that end too... This could have some spoilers too?

Before the concert:
Started very late (3 hrs) and when Karan Johar announced that they were running behind-many people booed lol (heard that some people drove four hours for this show!) I was about to leave...so the concert must have been good enough for me to be so impressed until now.

They had music running before it started like Kala Chashma, Kar Gayi Chull, etc playing so people were just dancing in their seats and joking that the audience with have to perform lol

The crowd was much more than I expected for this concert tbh(basically as full as the srk SLAM one, the place was pretty full by the time they got started)!

Beginning/ Intro of each celebrity:(not in the order they came cuz I can't remember atm)

1. Aditya- Wow he is good-looking and very tall in real life!!!!! He put in a lot of effort and we could see the results he was very charming and has a great smile! Dancing/performance was good for his "level" Audience give a fair amount of cheer for him, especially women/girls like me when he took off his shirt :P

2. Alia- most people in our group didn't think much of her before. She is a good performer, she looked a little tired(understandable), but did a good job! She is kind pretty in a cute way in person which was surprising for our group! She got an okay amount of "cheer" thought she would have more fans...

3.Badshah- Dammnnn he was so good. Wakhra Swaggg!!!! He really pushed the Punjabi connect(which I loved as a Punjabi-I am curious to know if this was done/will be done at other concerts) with talking in Punjabi and saying that we should all break the seats in Punjabi. He was mouthing a lot of it... the female part was being"sung"by someone which I doubt. But they still ROCKED it!!!! The entire place was pretty much standing and dancing. He said he wanted us to be the biggest club... :) The audience reaction for him was crazyyy!!!!! Without him the concert would have felt a little boring. He was came one more in the middle after the intros to perform more! Good move by KJO to bring him...

3. Sid- wow, very good-looking! The dancing was fairly okay, but he is beautiful! All the females(including I) screamed for him lol. The menfolk/unclejis said he seemed to have an attitude/seemed uncomfortable, but they maybe jealous of the wife's reactions :P( I am biased too thou ) He could have done a little harder steps. Good audience reaction!

4. Varun- Great entry and crow-puller, people cheered him on! He is very short though, I don't think he is as tall as he claims(5'8). I like his talent, dancing, hard work, but I am not his fan at all. He impressed me because he really tried and it was the best dance from the group from the technical standpoint.
He kept talking off his shirt and I was not impressed lol, but some women were...An aunty of mine asked me why sid didn't take off his shirt and why the "chirkut" keeps trying too lol

5. Parnieeti- audience reaction was most thanda for her. She tried was was fairly okay I guess. I kinda expected more from her...she wasn't as pretty as I thought, but she seems nice and tried hard :)

6. Katrina was introduced last from the actors, but the crowd went crazy for her...you could tell she was the QUEEN. We aren't big fans of her, but she impressed us. Great body, dance was good, and she has a "power" over the audience. Some people were going tooo crazy over her

7. KJO: Great Intro, good dance, and he is funny in real life and witty. When they had the audience interaction part, he was funny on the spot and it was spontaneous lol. He too has some fan girl aunties... I really liked KJO more after this! Audience seemed to like him too :)

Audience Interaction- funny/good...not too long which was perfect... Pari and Alia sang KKHH and Kat had her swayamvar with the actors. Katrina taught Chikni to the aunties. My dad noticed that it seemed like KJO was promoting Pari more than Alia, but that was probs because she had least audience reaction...This made me like KJO more since he really seems to be trying to be fair to the whole team

They did some stupid sponsor stuff, bring them on stage etc so people thought it was over and started leaving...but then they realized the grand finale was there. This had the couple/group dancing!

Adi/Kat- hot, hot ...why didn't they do the Fitoor song?

Adi/Pari- pretty good, share easy friendly chemistry

Adi/Alia- sooo cute, loved their Diliwali GF. Could play siblings or a really, cute couple too. I know that sounds weir, but that is the feeling I got. Adi seems to have good chemistry with the girls...

Sid/Alia- looked a little tired, but good

Sid/Kat: HOTTT, basically as hot as Adi/Kat KALA CHASMA SWAGGG that audience went crazy for!!!

Sid/Pari- agree with others that they seem awk, but they looked like they were trying to create chemistry...idk what happened between them?

Sid/Alia/Varun- good I guess like the SOTY song. Sid seemed not as happy though in this part?

Alia/Varun- okay, but Alia seemed maybe nervous/tired?

Varun/Pari- Cuteee and I think they get along with each other best compared to Ali/Varun etc

Varun/Katrina- Best dancers! and complement each other in dancing...Kat did look much taller thou...

KJO/Alia/everyone- Say Shava Shava was a good ending. I loved KJO's part in the Radha dance(the part that Rishi does in the movie :))

Overall, worth it because of the cast. They'll never look so hot again since they are all pretty young/and or in shape. This was much better than the SLAM concert!!! You don't go for great talent like you do for a Shreya Ghoshal show, but you go for the love of Bollywood. As Desi- Americans/ immigrant families who even grow up in major desi hubs(since this only is happening in places with a lot of desis) it is hard sometimes for us because we have different lives. You are a different kind of desi with your family, different with your desi friends, different with your non-desi friends, different than your relatives in India(NRIs definitely follow more of the traditions I feel), etc. These kinds of things let you connect with your culture and enjoy!!!

Also, I was lucky to get good seats from connections. I still got binoculars, but I gave it to a friend who was sitting in some rows behind my group and she said they were useful so I would recommend you get your pair if you have them in case. In addition, I think it ended around 1:15 a.m. so it is about 3.5 hrs long?

Feel free to ask me if you want to to elaborate on my experience more and please post your own! Kinda want to go in my own city now again this week...lol. I probably skipped mentioning a lot of stuff that went on, but yeah...
