So with this one month leap and memory loss for Abhi, looks like everyone will get a clean start with Abhi at the face value.
Pragya will meet Abhi as her old self now. Although she did meet Abhi before marriage, it was not really as herself. She bursted out at Abhi's concert due to her failure of love with Suresh and she only saw Abhi the rockstar at that time. Soon she married him, and the marriage was hate for him. She lived in the marriage under the mask of gold digger and it was a long time before Abhi saw the real her. And then we had pregnancy/Mogambo issues which created problems for Abhi again to love Pragya for her real self. So hopefully now Pragya can be herself within the limits of Abhi's memory loss and find his love again.
Tannu on the other hand had her relation with Abhi spoiled due to AbhiGya marriage. While Abhi had intended to divorce Pragya and get back with Tannu, he never really did due to circumstances and his love for Pragya. Tannu ended up stooping as low as one could to attain Abhi to a point where he would hate her when he knew her truth. But she is damn lucky that he forgot realities. And now even she has this unfair chance to be back in Abhi's life. And she does have a chance to impress him with her "supermodel" self which she is overtly proud of!
Aaliyah and Abhi's relationship soured due to BB/Pragya/Purab issues. Now Aaliyah is the sister she was before. So she gets to be the sister he doted on again. While we can't expect her to really care for him, she still has some strong feelings left for him as we could see during his accident. So let's see how Aaliyah turns out in the new light, the same Aaliyah who wants to get Pragya out of Abhi's life at any cost or a better sister?
As far as Abhi goes, while it's a breather that he gets to be himself without any Tannu pregnancy or confused love for Pragya baggage, it's also awful that he is lied to again, by one and all. And this time everyone has "stupid doctor's" advice too to not tell him anything. He only has his subconscious memories to hold on and to make the right decision. But given he is starting afresh without remembering anyone's background, he might falter time and again. But hopefully his gut feelings stand by him, as they often do.
So it's all a clean start for everyone.
PS: Although Purab may not want to entertain a clean start with Aaliyah, she may just force that on him too.
