So Vasuki declared he wants Arjun to become Nagarjun as well, the only difference is different technique. Instead of violence and mental torture, love and peaceful way.

And they mentioned about their enemy but I couldn't ecxactly get who their enemy is. Any idea?

Yes Arjun is in crossroad now and must make very big decision in his life. If he follow Astika he must cause great destruction in order to control Triloka for king of Nagloka and if he follow Vasuki he must work to keep harmony and balance in Triloka.

But this also means to refuse Astika and King.

It was cleared when Vasuki told Astika some time ago that both want Arjun to become Nagarjun but for different reasons and different ways.
