Why is Dixit house grieving?????

Feeling so depressed after watching today's epsiode. Cannot understand why is Dixit house mourning or grieving????

Not a single soul in in that house who was happy for Dev. I mean come on he, Devrath Dixit, just came out clean that he has fallen in love. and all are worried for Ishwari. Like really...

Its not like Dev and Sona are in a Live In relation...that eveyone is suddenly so worried for Ishwari.

Whats going on? Finding it difficult to relate with the Show... Really sad...

I was so expecting a scene with Nikki and Sona... I mean considering how good of a friend she finds Sona to be, it was only expected that we'd get to see a scene where she interacts with Sona as a sister-in-law now. Some teasing, some anger (why didn't you tell me at least?) etc.

But it was disappointing to not see any of it... Even the interaction that Sona had with Riya was so off-putting.

I'm doubting how Dev achieved such success too tbh because he is oblivious to the blatant facade that Ishwari is putting up to maintain her image as "being happy in Dev's happiness"

I agree he has put her on a pedestal, so he really doesn't think Ishwari would ever feel insecure to such a level, but has he forgotten to read her mind? Has he not been looking at her face every time Sona's name is merely mentioned, let alone when she's actually with them.

Regardless, I hope the storyline picks up soon and reaches back to the consistency they had in the earlier episodes. It's a great concept, but would be a shame if they lose the touch of real-ness that was once their USP.

They are grieving and worrying to an extent as if Dev is divorcing his first wife and bringing another one😵 Big disappointment today.

Liked only Sona and Bijoy's scene and DevAkshi scenes. Such a contrast between Bijoy and Ishwari. Bijoy is so happy for his daughter while Ishwari is grieving about her own happiness😳

I have not watched the episode but just written updates are giving me bad vibes. After everything is settled and the Dixit approve of Sona will it be the same again?. I think the writers should have paid attention to this and made atleast one of the sisters happy about it...my hopes were on Neha but looks like that is wasted too

To be honest, her reaction was so confusing. "Whaat?" she says, clearly surprised - and not in a good way. There was NO indication of any happiness. She straightaway asked RR, "Does mom know?"

Considering how many high-talks she had regarding "love", I was expecting at least her to be happy that Dev finally found someone for himself. But I guess not...

To be honest, while I did not expect Neha to be all happy for Dev coz they do not share that kinda bonding I also did not expect her to have all the sudden caring and concern for Ishwari. It was a little too much to digest.

The only bonding moment I feel between Dev and Neha was when Dev was unsure about Natasha and he goes to Neha's room asking her how she knew she was in love with Ranveer.

So I expected Neha to confront Ishwari directly about Ishwari's possessiveness and insecurities rather than expressing her sudden overflowing concern to Dev and Riya and a little bit to Mami too.

Remember couple of days ago - she said if Bhai is happy then I am also happy. I truly believe her..
Riya has an idea of what Neha went thru and she understands what ishu mata is capable of.. so she is scared too...
Nikki is clueless like dev -- she thinks her mom will be the best MIL (like the farida jalal in DDLJ)... she has not idea... poor thing got scolded for no reason today...

I am 100 % sure the sisters will help dev when time comes... right now they are just shit scared of their mother and can probably see the meltdown and tantrums if dev doesn't tone down public display of affection towards sona...

I hope so too. What you wrote is really very nice. But isnt that something we are assuming. In story telling there shouldnt be space for assumptions especially if a writer expects the reader or viewer to assume certain facts in a storyline. If that is the case toh phir hum poori story hi assume kar le.

CVs could have shown a few minutes of sisters being happy for Dev and then may be it would be easy for us to assume all this. But the only expression or vibe from yday's episode was WORRY.

Well there is only so much they can show in 20 min episode. I am sure they will show all the points i mentioned above iver the bext few episodes. Trust me sisters are not evil .. They r just scared of mayya... And mayya is showing them that there is every reason to be scared. The only two ppl living in bubble are dev and nikki

I dont think Dev and Nikki are living in a bubble.

Dev is an extremist. He either expresses or withdraws back into his hell. Like in beginning episodes he never showed anyone what was in the cupboard. Not even to Ishwari. Similarly he did not tell Ishwari abt Sona and him. And then when he got to know that Ishwari was upset about him hiding abt Sona, now he is doing everything possible to make it clear and obvious (and not keep it in hiding) of what he feels for Sonakshi and how much he wants his mother and Sona to know each other. He very clearly stated that when Riya told Dev that Ishwari wanted to go shopping just with Dev and Dev honestly explained and justified why he was getting Sona along.

Also, regarding reading Ishwari's expressions, Yes question would be why was Dev unable to read Ishwari's expressions during whole of last week (before he came out clean). But after he confessed to his mother, Ishwari has been nothing but supportive of Dev (atleast on his face). Her expressions (though fake) and actions (like holding Sona's hand even when Sona insisted that she wanted to skip the shopping) that she was happy with his decision. Dev is on cloud nine that both the women he loves ha accepted each other and is over excited and behaving accordingly.

Except I would love to see more passion towards Sona though :)
