Why Gayu is termed as negative and Kartik as Positive?

I am clueless why Gayu is considered as negative and Kartik as positive, when in fact both are going through same situation as of now with respect to their love life.

I understand there are lot of KaIra fans who wants to see them as end game and hopefully it will be but I don't think Gayu has done anything which can be deemed as negative.

Gayu has fallen in love with someone who is clueless about it, same goes for Kartik, he has also fallen in love with someone who is clueless about it. Kartik's love is more complicated cause Naira don't even acknowledge him even as friend whereas Gayu-Kartik are sort of friends and are cordial to each other.
Also, Gayu has lot of misunderstanding with respect to incidents when Kartik keep her earrings thinking it's Naira's. She has not done anything to harm either Naira or Kartik. She is not obsessive lover. From what I see, it's simple one sided love, just like Kartik's.

Why Kartik's love for Naira is superior to Gayu's love for Kartik? Gayu also have a right to fall in love just like Kartik. She is not forcing anyone to fall in love with her. Just like Kartik is doing things for Naira, she is doing it for Kartik.

Till the time Naira don't accept her love for Kartik or reciprocates Kartik's love for her, till then, both the Character of Gayu and Kartik are sailing in same both. I don't understand the negativity towards her when she is not planning or plotting or scheming against Kartik or Naira ?

Exactly! Is falling in love with someone a crime? If it is then Kartik committed the same crime... both are sailing in the same boat. There were few situation where it made gayu feel Kartik likes her but it's just a misunderstanding. Gayu is an innocent girl fallen in love with a guy but she is unaware of the fact that he is in love with someone else (her sister in this matter) she is not a negative character!

Amina, Same feeling. I am not fan of anyone from New generation. They are set of good actors except for one. I just observe and analyse them as a character.

I felt really bad for her yesterday. Anyone in her place would feel left out. She was all alone receiving her award. This whole village people should have divided themselves into two groups so that both would have equal set of supporters.

Coming to this one sided love track, it is yet to become triangle till Naira's involvement. It's the same situation for both Kartik and Gayu. Naira is clueless about Kartik's love, Kartik is clueless about Gayu's love. What has she done here to draw criticism as negative.

nobody called gayu negative..like one of ur post told us dont judge the whole fandom seeing 1-2persons same goes here.dont judge the whole kaira fandom seeing sum comments.all we r saying is gayu is looking dumb n quite stupid not figuring out the fact that kartik has no interest in her.if that earring case give her a reason to think kartik likes her,there r numerous case where its evident that gayu understood kartik's inclination towards naira yet she kept on dreaming without clearing her doubts.whenever kaira come together gayu's face change.shes not an obsessive lover that she ll get jealous whenever kartik ll talk to any other girl but she does gets upset whenever kartik gives importance to naira or gets along with naira so well.it shows that she doubts the comfortability between kaira is more than a friendship still without clearing her doubts she kept on thinking kartik likes her.thats quite dumb.secondly,the whole gayu's attraction towards kartik is quite unrealistic.i saw sumone today..he looked good,he talked sweet,he behaved good n next day i ll start falling for him.sorry thats not love.thats infatuation.theres nothing in getting attracted towards sumone.it happens in real life too but when i m having a doubt he may like sumone else i ll first make sure that not keeps on thinking he likes me when he always memtion me as a friend all the time even when we r alone.so we nvr said shes negative but all these unnecessary thoughts of he likes me too irked us a bit.kartik too loves naira but he knows her so well that even if naira behaves good with him sumtimes he doesnt think shes having soft corner for me.n i guess when u hv a fav couple.the third angle does get a back seat in that fandom's mind.thats what actually happening here.nobody is cursing gayu for liking kartik.

n regarding gayu feeling left out..whole family went to gayu's function first right??saw the whole exhibition.n when the whole exhibition was going on only naksh was with naira(later kartik did come but that too on akshara's say)..didnt she need family support before her performance???untill naira went to stage she didnt see any of family member with her except naksh.she not for once felt my whole family is not with me now.plus it was naira's first event in all these years where she was dancing for her papa's dream.i m sure gayu is quite experienced in all this since shes practicing for years.she should hv been more understanding that naira needs support more since its her first time.but what we saw in real its naira who understood that gayu di needs support and ask everyone to go there.whats the fault of the family??they wanted to cheer both the girls during performances thats why when gayu was performing noone was there for naira n when naira was performing noone was there for gayu.not only sum of members but akshara too would hv gone to gayu during prize distribution if ak-naira patch up would not happen.with all the roller coster emotional scene.ak along with family got late n decided to stay back coz they wouldnt hv reached gayu by then.still ak didnt forget her.she called her n was there virtually throughout her prize distribution.its gayu's insecurities whos creating all negativity in her mind not any of the family members fault.its ok to hv insecurities it makes u human but then as a viewer u cant blame anyone else if u r not blaming her insecurities.

Dear, My intention was not to blame a fandom. If you felt so I apologies for the same.
My post is about general observation about reactions towards Gayu as a character.

If Gayu is dumb and Stupid for not figuring out the fact then same goes for Kartik. Naira in no way till now shown any kind of inclination towards him, she is not even cordial with him. Then why only Gayu is stupid and dumb and not Kartik?

How can Gayu understand Kartik's inclination towards Naira, when Naira herself has not figured it out.

About falling in love at first instance is concern ,then, there is something called love at first sight. You may not have seen it but it happens with people. In this show itself, Naitik fell in love with Akshara at first sight but Akshara took her time though theirs were arrange marriage. We may never know what's real love and what's infatuation. It's not shown in the show yet that Gayu has doubt that Kartik love someone else. The day she figures it out, I hope she clears it with him and back off.

Sorry once gain if you felt I am judging any fandom, that was seriously not my intentions.

its okk no need to apologise so much.i m very much ok with healthy discussions.see naira doesnt even consider kartik as friend till now n for her love is a different planet thing.but gayu always gets upset seeing kaira together shows she understands the equation but still shes not working on joining the dots.thats what is looking stupid n dumb..naira doesnt understand his love at all till now but looking at gayu's expressions she does know kartik's inclination towards naira yet shes not preparing for the truth.shes ignoring all the dots knowing those r clues.thats what i said is dumb.

I am just saying the family could have balanced it out if they were little smarter. Gayu's function was an hour earlier so they went to her function first, not cause they were prioritizing her. It was not possible for family to be there for both the functions so they should have bifurcated among themselves.
Though unintentionally they all stayed for whole Naira's function till its end and attended the award ceremony as well.

I understand about Akshara, as she was overwhelmed about the whole patch up and it was thoughtful of her that even in that situation she cared about Gayu but in my opinion other family members should have made an effort to reach the venue for Gayu.

I agree she is having insecurities and having them is not wrong. She has lost enough people in her life to be scared about losing again. I am not blaming anyone, I don't know how you figured that out? I am just saying a better management and smart thinking could have helped to salvage the situation.

family members too got overwhelmed..since yrkkh spreads message of family unity so they showed other members too was emotionally overwhelmed.its circumstances that should b blamed that except dadi noone was with gayu but my point is that as a sensible girl gayu should hv understood it..coz her cry over that third prize first prize seemed childish.if sumone keeps on getting sad everytime ppl ll definitely say u need to change ur atitude which kartik said n which we all r saying 😆
