Dev - He is the most handsome guy of his college, smart, valiant, charming, helpful, cordial with a killer smile. Almost all girls of his college are crazy for him and his one glance is enough for a girl to go gaga over him. Though he has five other friends who are really close to him but there is one whose place no one can ever take. She is Sonakshi, Dev's best friend. Ishwari Dixit- She is a very supporting, loving and caring mother. Dev is the apple of her eye. She was also the best friend of Sonakshi's mother. After her parent's death, she and Raghuwar brought Sonakshi their home and looked after her. They did every thing to make her happy. But, Ishwari knew, that the six-year old sonakshi was not as happy as she looked. She was broken from inside. Ishwari knew, that she missed her parents and told her to call Raghuwar and herself as 'Dad' and 'Mom' just like Dev, instead of Uncle and Aunty. She shares a great rapport with Sonakshi and is a friend to her more than a mother.
