Doubt regarding transgender........If Soumya is really?

If Soumya is really transgender as per by spoiler and SBP news then how come she was dreaming of having a family of her own, like having a husband and children...

She did not behave opposite to her gender. She did not wish for boyish things. She simply behaved as girl.

And how did they confirmed as soon as she born in few days she is transgender? Only with time it comes to light, right?

I'm really confused. What really is transgender? Am I confusing with something else al together.

I think makers are also confused what they want to show..

I think this is a case of unawareness where a simple medical problem is taken to be transgender due to lack of knowledge

I hope like you all said it is a misconception on her parent's part and CVs are going on the track to difference between the two and trying to bring in some light. Because if they fail then Soumya's parents are misunderstood or not I too will get confuse regarding IS and TG.

I had only after reading a post here regarding the difference between IS and TG could understand little.

I do hope CVs bring in the clarity without confusing anyone as it is lot of us still do not understand the difference.

I do understand because till a month back I too did not know the difference between IS and TG.


I just got confused reading Soumya is a transgender because she did not behave opposite to her femininity. And got doubtful whether I really understood whatever little I could about IS and TG.

It is okay then if it comes out later Soumya's parent misunderstood the whole situation.

Aren't kinnar's eunuch in English? Transgender is someone born male or female but feel the opposite the gender. Euuchs are born like that unlike transgenders. Like the shikandi character from mahabharat?

So now is sowmya eunuch or transgender? In the forum ppl were saying transgender was like eunuch. 😕

Showmakers have used kinnar as overarching term for be it enunchs or transgenders what else can you expect from them when it comes to such sensitive detailing wo r pros at showing camphor snake saaya stuff not such sensitive issue cut them some slack 😆
