~Chapter 1~

He turn off the ignition of his car, checked himself in mirror, set his hair a little and mentally pat himself for looking so hot. And why not he has given himself the charge of increasing the hotness level of the birthday party of his friend.

Wearing the killer looks he entered the party only to grab the attention of the female crowd. Obvious of the gazes, he moved as if only he was missing to make this party perfect.

" Hey Arjun."

" Happy Birthday once again man "he wished Sanchit side hugging him.

" Thank you Buddy. But aren't you late?"

" Not at all. I am fashionably late."he said stuffing his hands in his jeans.
" Chal chor ye sab. Kahan hai Teri irritating twin sister. Usey bhi to wish kardoon."

" Shut up Arjun. Hogi yahin kahin. Chal tab tak tujhe apne cousin se milwata hoon."

" Wahi Jo hamesha aapne aapko sab logo se superior samajhta just because he lives in U.S.A."[/BB]

[B]" Haan."said Sanchit chuckling.

" Hey boys. This is my friend Arjun. And Arjun this is my cousin Sid and they are his friend Mike and Rick."

" Hey guys."replied Arjun.

" Hi. So you are THE Arjun. Sanchit has told me about your fan following specially among girls. But you know I really don't believe in what I hear. I believe in what I see."

" Then I really can't help you."

" Why not. Be a sport and accept my challenge."

" Sid let it be na. What's with you and your challenges. "intervened Sanchit.

" Yes dude. I don't need to prove something stupid like this."

" Then accept your defeat and be a looser."

" Where that even come from? Ok fine I accept your challenge. Now spit out what I have do."

Sid took out money from his pocket.

" I don't bet on money."replied Arjun.

" You don't have to. If you win you can take this money but if you loose. You will have accept that you're a looser in front of all."

" What is it Sid. This is ridiculous. Arjun you're not accepting this."intervened Sanchit.

" So are you ready?"mocked Sid.

Arjun had enough. This Sid is intentionally messing with him. He can't take it anymore. He had to teach him a lesson. A lesson which he will remember his whole life.

" But I have a condition. If you loose you will stop giving challenges, stop self praising yourself and you have to announce in front of all the people in the party that you're a self obsessed pig. And of course you will loose the money."

" Accepted"
" You just have to exchange number with that girl and drop her home in your car without using any tricks. And yes she shouldn't get any idea about this bet"challenged Sid pointing at a girl.

Arjun looked at the girl Sid was pointing at. There stood a girl away from the crowd. She was neither girly nor tomboyish. Heck she was not even between the two. She was just different. Different from the all people. She has a different kind of aura around her. She look innocent as well strong. She seemed shy but bold as well. He wondered how can a person possess two opposite character at same time.

" What happened? Wanna back out?"

" Arjun Punj never back out. And one more thing he never looses."

Sid smirked. Sanchit pulled Arjun towards him and whispered "Arjun what are you doing? It's like committing suicide."

" I know. I have no idea that he will choose her. Now I can't back out."

" And what about the dialogue. Arjun Punj never looses."

" You know it's suits my character."replied Arjun smirking.

" You can't be serious"said Sanchit giving him ' are you out of your mind' look.

Arjun looked at Sid and Sid actioned him I am watching you. Arjun shrugged and moved towards her.

" Hey Sid that's good choice. Now your win is sure. Remember how she lashed on you when you approached her."

" Shut up Rick."

" Well Sid I kinda agree with Rick. She didn't fall into your charm. She is a hard nut to crack. But if"added Mike.

" You know Mike this kind of girl are hard to please because they have a fixed mind set. And to get their number in first time is hard. Even if that Arjun manages to get her number, dropping her home in his car is out of question. So relax."

Arjun stood beside the girl and murmured a hi.
She ignored him straight.

" Hey hi am Arjun."
She ignored him again.
" Are you alone?"
This irked her to the core.

" Why you wanna hit it off?"she replied irritatingly.

" No I didn't mean that."

" Oh please cut that crap. I exactly know what you mean. But listen carefully Mister you're tricks are not gonna work on me. So save it for others."

" Hey you're taking it all wrong.."

" Can't you see I am not interested in talking in talking to you."she lashed on him.

He didn't know how to approach because she is not even ready to listen. He looked towards Sanchit and saw Sid and his friend smirking and showing him thumbs down.

He turn to try again and was about to say something when heard her " Are you moving or want me to walk out of here."

Arjun said with defeated face" No you don't have to I am going."

She ignored him. He turned to move but halted at his step and said facing her" I am sorry."

She looked at him and felt he was genuinely sorry. The regret in his eyes caught her attention. He was about to walk away when was stopped by her voice " I am also sorry. I was being rude."

" That's ok."he replied smilingly.

" Hi I am Arohi. " This time she initiated the conversation by forwarding her hand for shake.

" Hi I am Arjun."he said taking her hand .

Sid was shocked to see the turn of events. Rick was about to stay something when he cut him by showing his palm " Relax. He still have to complete the challenge."

" So Arohi are you alone?"he asked while they moved to the drink counter.

" Why? You wanna hit it off."she questioned him again but this time playfully.

" No I didn't mean.. "

" Relax. I was just pulling your leg."

" Actually. Yes."

And they laughed looking at each other. Slowly they fell into a easy conversation while having their food and he asked for her number and she gave him and then he asked for dropping her home and she agreed for that too.

" Ok I just have a work to finish. It will just take a moment and then we will go."

Arohi agreed and he moved toward Sid. He reached them and the dialled Arohi's number and put it on speaker
" Oh I forgive to give you my number. This is my number. And are you sure about me dropping you in my car."

"Of course Baba. How many times I have to repeat the same thing."

" Ok I will be just back."he said and cut the call.

" Ready to tell the people that you're self obsessed pig."

Sid doesn't have any choice. He called this upon him. He moved towards the announcing area but Arjun stopped him and said" Don't have to do that. Bas logon ko neecha dikhana band kar do. And yeah I am not going to leave that money."he said taking the money.

Sanchit hugged Arjun and whispered " Achaa sabak shikaya."

Arjun moved towards Shefali and wished her birthday and then walked out of the party saying goodbye to everyone.

P.S:- Ok guys I know its crap. I was so confused how to start and then finally came with this. I am sorry if you are disappointed with this. I too am disappointed with myself. Tamatar and eggs are accepted.

ouch arjun & sid ego clash 🤢
he challenge arjun for bet
wow arjuhi first meeting was interesting
awe arohi lashed on arjun & arjun didn't know what to do 😆
but at last arjun won the bet 👍🏼
arjuhi got in easy convo & got her number also going to drop her which shocked sid & his friends 😲
hope arjun will let know arohi abt bet otherwise if she will get to know from other there will be problem
