beautiful post with great analysis...👍🏼
Indeed it was a b'ful scene with power packed performance in terms of dialogue delivery, body language, expressions. Really so glad that such scene came and we were able to witness the character growth here. It showed perfectly the transition of Ram from warrior to leader, which also hints the glory of Ram Rajya that followed.
We can learn a really good example of how leaders work in this interdependent world from the journey of Ram from warrior to leader. A leader is always a visionary and a motivator. Ram successfully covered the journey from independence to inter-dependence as put in the words of Stephen Covey,' Private victory always precedes public victory and the process cannot be inverted. It is always inside-out'.

So, all the time spent in vanvaas made him grow as an independent warrior. A leader leads by example. His glory spread to one and many places during vanvas. He killed Bali that again testified his ability to protect people against adharma leading to people of Kishkindha believing in Ram. Once becoming independent, the stage of moving to inter-dependence truly started to seek cooperation, teamwork, and do effective communication at the wartime. As the world always functions in an interdependent manner, a leader is successful only when he recognizes his own ability, which Ram did, and also realizes that best results can be attained by taking all together. And We could see that crystal clearly in Ram's speech.

This deserves a separate thread 👏👏

Agree with each and every word of yours. Nothing more to add

As you said, whatever experience he gained during vanvas, helped him to carry the responsibility of the whole army. And whatever experience he will gain from this war, will help him in the establishment of the Ram rajya.
The education gaained from Guru Vashishtha and Vishwamitra had led to the creation of two able warriors, but the experience gained during these 13 years of vanvas, led to the creation of an able leader.
