A leader is the one who knows the way, goes the way and shows the way

- John C Maxwell

Yesterday Ram's speech of encouragement made him rise another stature and truly depicted why he is called Maryada Purushottam... Standing in front of his army Ram addresses them as highly glorious and brave vanars.. The way of addressing itself contains so much of respect for the army.
A true leader never demeans his subordinates but treats them as equals.

He continues the war we are about to fight is a dharm yudh. Whenever in the world the domination of adharm will increase, this war will be remembered.. By this he makes his army understand why this war is so important. As its a dharm yudh. Thus he encourages them to battle it out for the protection of "Dharma"

He continues "win this war with your patience and power"... That's another very noteworthy point.. He always keeps patience over power.. 👏
This battle of dharma will always remain embedded in the pages of history. And all will remember that one day all the vanar veer fought together.. And with their power, patience, courage and bravery they defeated all the Asurs of Lanka and reestablished Dharma ...
He mentions all the 4 qualities needed to win the war, but stresses on the most important quality , "Dhairya" i.e patience 👍🏼

Never did he say about him being the leader of their army, It was always about the Vanar Veer, who will be remembered for this battle... Just like a true leader never takes the credit of the victory, but takes up the responsibility of the loss fully.
Never did he speak about Kishkindha v/s Lanka.. It was always dharma v/s adharma..
Ram's eyes spoke millions of words.. He was not angry or in rage, but had a silent strength in his eyes...
And his final posture with the finger pointing upwards... I saw Vishnu standing before me, his sudrashan chakra was not visible but that's the beauty of Ram avatar.. Human yet Divine !

Thus from a warrior Ram rose to a leader of a great sena for this epic war for establishment of dharma.

PS : I am an Ashish fan, hence I never make a post praising him, I do in his AT but not anywhere else, but today he has held me in awe with his acting, yet again. The stark contrast between the dialogue delivery when he discussed the Kachyap niti nd the encouragement speech was beautiful. His body lang, dialogue delivery all was brilliant..

The team did a fab job with the vfx. All the scenes were written, shot and enacted beautifully.. KKesi Mando scene, Sita Hanuman scene (sply the song😳).. Ravan Meghnad scene everything.. Keep it up team SKR

@aditi: Beautifully written.
Yesterday's episode gave me nostalgic moments.
This is the Ram we want to see. Good character analysis, though we know Lord Ram.

The encouragement, Ram gave to vanaras were so important which is quite applicable to all time periods and at all places.

My appreciation to the cast and crew for being back on track with splendid performance.

@aditi beautiful post. And one more thing, only a warrior can become a leader. Only the one who had walked a path experiencing the struggles of a warrior can understand and relate to the warrior.
Ram's speech yesterday, I completely agree to you. Ashish owned it completely. From that young warrior and a loving son the transformation to a leader leading the army Ashish has etched it perfectly. In Ram I saw a visionary yesterday, a true change agent, who can transform things for the betterment of society.

Thank u very much 😊

Yes i agree the speech Ram gave is applicable even today.. Thats what i loved about SKR the most. We can relate it with present times and whatever we learn can apply in our daily lives.
But somewhat this feeling was losing for me since few days.. But today I felt like our old SKR is back .. Hope they are able to maintain this 😃

Bold you brought out the best point di 👏
I have heard many times those who have a smooth childhood are not lucky, infact they are the most unfortunate ppl as they dont know how to handle hard situations..
Ram's struggles during vanvas made him even stronger to become a great leader, who can guide people with his experience ...

Ashish showed the dynamics of Ram avatar very well.. 👍🏼
