Aarav had basically called Arundhati to meet in some place where surrogacy racket was going on. Later cops came and arrested Arundhati along with others. She argued with female inspector/constable who slapped her. All this was being covered by media. She then sees Aarav standing at distance asks for help but he gives wicked smile which makes her realize he was behind all this.
