Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai: Maira and Mukti give up their elite school life for Armaan

Tonight’s Yeh Rishta Kya Kehlata Hai episode starts with Abhira informing the family that Tanya wants a peaceful separation from Krish. Kaveri questions what will happen if Krish refuses to agree to the divorce. Armaan says that if needed, Abhira is ready to fight the case in court. Kaveri wonders how Abhira can stand against her own family, but Abhira reminds her that the family had already distanced itself from them. She adds that Krish's actions deserve criticism, not Tanya's decision. While Kaveri says she will speak to Krish, he clearly states that he does not want to end his marriage. Tanya, however, says she can no longer stay with someone who betrayed her trust. Abhira points out that Kaveri often supports the wrongdoer instead of the person who has suffered. Backed by Armaan, Abhira declares that Tanya's dignity is more important than protecting the family's image and vows to face Krish in court.

Later, Abhira asks Armaan how he managed to find her location. Armaan jokingly says that a loving husband always knows where his wife is. Abhira figures out that he must have traced her through the payment Tanya made into her account. She thanks him for standing by her side and giving her confidence to face the Poddars. During their conversation, Armaan suddenly feels unwell and vomits. Abhira reassures him that the doctors had already warned them about such side effects from his medication. Touched by her care, Armaan feels grateful to have her support.

At the Poddar house, Kaveri confronts Krish over his actions. Kajal expresses her disappointment and says she feels ashamed of him. Following Sanjay's instructions, Krish calls the other woman and ends the relationship. As Tanya prepares to leave, Kaveri tries to stop her. Tanya firmly states that her marriage is over. Krish dismisses the affair as a casual relationship and claims he was going to end it anyway. Tanya sarcastically responds that if affairs are so casual, then she should also be allowed to have one. She says she feels trapped in the marriage. Unable to tolerate his behaviour, Kajal slaps Krish. Meanwhile, Sanjay assures him that Tanya will never succeed in getting a divorce.

Elsewhere, Abhira becomes concerned about finances and Armaan's treatment expenses. Maira and Mukti come up with a drastic plan to reduce the family's burden. They decide to deliberately get expelled from their expensive school and join a government school instead. Mukti wonders whether Maira will be able to adjust, but Maira insists that helping Armaan is more important.

At the Poddar house, tensions continue as Manisha blames Disha for exposing Krish and creating problems within the family despite being told to stay silent. Around the same time, Manoj informs Kaveri that she has been invited as the chief guest at Maira and Mukti's school event. Kaveri agrees to attend.

During the school function, Maira and Mukti are surprised to see Kaveri as the chief guest. Even then, they move ahead with their plan. Their actions create enough trouble to attract attention, and their attempt succeeds. Shocked by their behaviour, Kaveri asks the principal to expel both girls from the school.

In the precap, a doctor asks Abhira and Armaan to visit the clinic. Worried, Abhira fears that Armaan's condition may have worsened. However, the doctor shares encouraging news and says that Armaan's reports show positive progress. He explains that with proper rest and a stress-free life, Armaan has a strong chance of making a full recovery. Overjoyed by the update, Abhira, Maira, and Mukti warmly embrace Armaan.
