Anne Hathaway announces third pregnancy with adorable baby bump reveal

Hollywood actor Anne Hathaway has announced that she is expecting her third child with husband Adam Shulman. The actor shared the news through a social media post, surprising many of her followers.

On Friday, Hathaway posted a short video on Instagram featuring Barbara Lewis's song Baby I'm Yours. In the clip, the 43 year old actor is seen walking into the frame wearing a coordinated white outfit. She places her hands on her stomach before revealing her baby bump. The video ends with Hathaway smiling and walking out of the frame.

The announcement quickly drew reactions from fans and followers. Many expressed their excitement in the comments section. One user wrote, “The way my jaw hit the floorrrrrr!” Another commented, “Never in my life did I think I’d be pregnant at the same time as the princess of Genovia!!!!! Congratulations queennnnnn!!!”

Hathaway and Shulman have been married since 2012. The couple are already parents to two sons, Jonathan and Jack. Their first child was born in 2016, while their second son arrived in 2019.

Over the years, Hathaway has largely kept her children away from public attention. Speaking to PORTER magazine in 2023, she explained why privacy remains important to her family. “It’s something I feel is not just essential for my health,” she said. “I’m on a team, it’s my family, and it’s not just about me.”

The actor has also spoken openly about the challenges she faced before becoming a mother. When announcing her second pregnancy, Hathaway addressed her experience with infertility and conception struggles. “It’s not for a movie... In a later interview, Hathaway also reflected on a miscarriage she suffered in 2015 while performing in the stage production Grounded. The experience, she said, influenced her decision to speak honestly about motherhood and fertility challenges. With her latest announcement, Hathaway is preparing to welcome another addition to her family.
