Beautiful post Mary .. N so many other very well written posts too .. Just read the whole thing altogether ..
Nothing much to add .. Except for the season 2 of KD , the makers hav not made the leads very likeable .. Nw I cn get what aaru wants or her way of thinking n I cn even understand what Aryan wants or expects ...but both of them r making such huge mistakes , when they shud b supporting each other .. Not liking either of them at the moment 😆😆..

Beautiful post Mary!! Sometimes you do leave me without words to pen down!! You've written it ever so nicely that I refuse to put any other thoughts forward!😆

According to me, AaRa have both committed things they ought to be ashamed of but they have done it to either protect one another or out of anger, and sadly those are human traits I can empathise with, as such, I may get pissed off at their characters, but deep down, its relatable. So I am enjoying it! Bring on Season 2!😆

@ Atria - Amazing analysis. Loved it. 👏
I also found it hard to connect with Aryan initially but Shravan's natural acting gradually won ne over. Of the two, Aradhya used to be my favorite before but now my heart is split between the two of them.

@CharmGal - this is a great discussion thread. Thanks for starting it. 👍🏼

Loved reading everyone's POV.

Love AaRa - can't wait for their love track. 😊

Thanks Julie, was waiting to hear from you and then was to beginning to think that was never going to happen since 24hrs had passed! 😆 You know I feel my thread is incomplete until I get a post from your side 😆 then of course it completed now that you have replied! 😆 😆

Agreed I too get pissed off with the characters from time to time so no problems there 😆 but as you said it all relatable, looking forward for season 2!! 😆

Such great analysis from each and everyone who have contributed 👏 👏 ..

Aryan has always been emotional, impulsive, many-a-times beyond rational and yes, immature. Once he loves someone dearly, like PVR, Aaradhya and latest Tulsi, he puts them on pedestal, worshiping them. Once out of his favor, he starts despising them to his core. I'm quite surprised that even after being brought up by PVR, Shashwat & Pavitra, he actually can distinguish between right and wrong, though not always. Might be the effect of the genes !!!!
What he did during the marriage & post-marriage tracks were utterly disgusting and for me, as I've already mentioned, he is still not fully redeemed. But this time I can actually sympathize with him. He is a mere 22 years old lad; who has, within a couple of days, literally lost his family. His foster grandfather, for whom he used be the apple of the latter's eyes, not only had disowned him within a split-second knowing that he is not his blood but also had every intention to murder him. His biological mom, with whom he had started to bond, has taken the bullet which was being intended for him. His wife, whom he loves madly and who is his mom's foster daughter as well, is simply bothered about how she can save her new found granddaddy from this mess instead of standing beside him. It's almost impossible to think rationally in such situations. I would rather say he is behaving like any normal person would do if being put to such ordeals.

Regarding Aaradhya, I still feel she did not get justice for her sufferings during the earlier tracks. But post revelation, my personal opinion is that the creatives have literally butchered a few of her traits. I'm okay with her being adamant finding the truth so that the real culprits are being punished. But what pisses me off is her going overboard with "my family" chants.
Post marriage, she was chanting "mera haq" on top of her voice 24X7. Swap truth is out and she has totally forgotten about her "haq", which, as far as I could understand, was related to her husband & in-laws. Once she has been enlightened with the fact that she is a Rao, "mera haq" has flew out of the window in a jiffy. She did not bother to visit her in-laws' place even once, which is to her utter luck, is her mom's place as well; instead she decided to stay in her biological parents' home and willingly carry on with all the craps like going for "shudhhikaran" ritual, running behind her despicable granddaddy like an obedient slave even when the same person abuses her mom day-in & day-out, has thrown the latter to jail with false accusations and has her badly beaten up !! And that's not all, he has compelled her to badmouth/abuse her mom repeatedly by threatening to wipe off her foster family otherwise !!! And yesterday, I was astonished that Aaradhya took no time to claim her foster mom's, whom she did not bother to visit or apologize even once post revelation, gift (aka Krishnanivaas) !! It's simply disgusting that the creatives'have ruined the purest bond of this series in such despicable way...
I really feel that she should have stood beside Aryan during this moment of grief, which has affected both. They could have shared their grief; which, in turn, could have done wonders as far as healing process is concerned. But no . She has literally got no time from her busy schedule of "abaa" and "mera parivaar" jaap. I've got no words left for the creatives for creating this illogical mess in order to create an MU between the leads. To be honest, I'm literally losing interest..
