Who is responsible for Surya's shock ?

Is it karan ?

Nope . It is purely the Betiyaan . They could have easily told their father much earlier , but they , by some weird logic , chose to keep silent and watch their Dad fall intoo one trap after the other . How they were going to save their Father is still not known . There are two questions .

1; If Karan's Mom had not got her speech back what were the betiyaan going to do ?

2 ] If Shitij had not overheard the conversation that Yuvraj was gonna sign away the full property to Kajri , what would the Betiyaan have done to get it back ?

Are the Betiyaan having special powers like some astrologers that they know that something will happen at last moment to save their Parivaar ?

In the precap , Laxmi is shown lashing out at a guilty Karan that we dont need your help in finding Surya . Whatever Karan did was wrong but he was under a misunderstanding . But Laxmi fully knew what was in store for her father and yet chose to keep quiet and do Karwa Chauths !!

So shouldn't it be Surya and Savitri who should be doing the yelling at Laxmi and the sisters ? Please answer me if you guys agree .

i agree to one extent that it was the girls fault. Come on if it was me I wouldn't hide this from anyone let alone my parents. Where was laxmi's sense of protection for her maayka? All she did was cry the whole way through! and when she was locked in that room, instead of hitting the door with her hands, why didnt she break it down with some furniture and while she was there she could have whacked karan and his sister! But on the other hand, Karan should have at least proved the facts that surya was at guilt and I would now be on our reclaimed jhansi ki rani's side of giving it to him big time! He deserves soo much hate and punishment. I wonder what will happen when the whole satyakaam track is revealed?

Very well written koolsadhu1000👏 I couldn't have said it any better myself. The betiyaan are to be blamed for it all. There is no question abt it. Laxmi knew of Karan and his plans so long ago and yet she chose to remain quiet.. and the ridiculous part was that she didn't want to hurt her father. So what did she expect would happen after Karan was successful in his revenge against Surya.. he obv would be hurt, and now he is hurt even more. Because he was betrayed once again by the one person whom he blindly trusted. So here the girls have actually let down their father more than anyone else.

I absolutely agree that sav and surya should be mad at their girls for keeping all this from them and making a mess of things.

u r so rite, what if karan's mom never spoke? what then, would the girls have let Surya rot in jail, and just cry their eyes off? It was just their good luck that the lady spoke and saved the day. And after that when Karan asks for forgiveness, everyone just simply forgives them? I mean he has done the unthinkable and he stands there saying sorry. Even though it was a mistake on his part, yet he never ever gave Laxmi the chance to prove that her father is innocent. I would never have forgiven him if i was in their place.

Exactly Kruthi , U got my points correctly . In both the cases , it was no precaution step by the Betiyaan that saved the Garodias ...but sheer good luck ! And these girls ....they knew for so long Karan and his goals ...why did they keep quiet ? Karan was telling Laxmi exactly what he was doing . She was fully aware of every step . If Karans Mom wouldn't have spoken , Surya wud be in Jail , and due to whose fault ? Not Karan...who is an outsider who is totally under a misunderstanding but his own gals who kept quiet , smiled , and waited for what ????? Instead , if Laxmi had told Surya , things wud be out in the open and Surya wud have realised that obviously someone [ Rasik] had backstabbed him and done these things . Laxmi's needless torture wud have been saved too . What stupid advice Saraswati gave [ to suffer] and how stupid Laxmi was to take it !Their behviour was ridiculous !
As far as your point of forgiving Karan goes ....they have done thius same mistake in quickly forgiving Yuvraj and Menaka too .They r experts in forgiving wrong people . Hope u read this too .

There wasn't any need for so many days of endless torture that Laxmi had to go thru (well actually us viewers were also put thru that torture watching Karan's evil stares and ongoing whining abt badla badla and more badla.) This was something that could have been avoided if only the betiyaaan used a little sense for once in their lives. And Saraswati, the way she was discussing Karan with Laxmi and pondering how to stop him, i really thought she has some cool idea in mind. And now we know there was nothing of that sort. Ultimately it was only because of Karan's mom that the truth came out.
