I got the same doubt and thought that what is the majboori of Abhi if shikha is his Ex-girlfriend.

I have a prediction,that Shikha new abhi and liked him,rather got obssesed with him,But Abhi didn't reciprocate the feelings.she being arrogant ,threatened to kill herself ,may be attempted to do so and she has some ailment that would danger her life.May be either Veer or sunaina has requested Abhi to save their daughter . Abhi to pacify her would have said that he too loves her and will marry her.I don't think he was engaged .He just gave his word.

Abhi being the man of words, feels he is comitted to shikha.Now he is really confused between his love for sameera and his word to shikha.

This what I could think of the majboori.

ismita that could be a great possiblity or maybe shikha is related to the mission somehow or is involved with shaheen and them lot

I feel the same way, its one sided love for sure, if Abhi loved Shikha then things would be different, way different! He would not lose his weak heart to Sam na!
