bollywood has a short half life for actress ... 4-5 years and then they start looking for rich men to marry

Although Alia is a proven choice here, I still have hopes for Parineeti.

She really just needs to be re-packaged, but is a wonderful actress. She is the only NA winner among this list.

She is no beauty, but she has talent, ambition and age on her side. She has good screen presence and is not afraid to take risks or push herself so early in her career. Plus with KJOs patronage, she could go to the very top.
