Kunal Kapoor was asked to do the full monty for a scene in RDB where Aslam is tethered to ice in prison. Now when I first heard the news,I was repulsed,but the scene in question wasn't the least bit raunchy or disturbing.It was well shot and RDB was an exceptionally successful film...

Any scene,even a love making scene can be shot in a unobtrusive way which isn't very much in your face....

hmmm.. i have no comments about stars refusing to do that particular scene. maybe they have their own reasons for turning down the offer, so let's not point fingers at anyone.😊

Rakesh omprakash mehra is an extremely talented director, i'm sure IF he has those kind of scenes in his films, he'll shoot them in the most subtle manner.😊

Hello, English August with Rahul Bose had a masturbation scene, and that was in the early 90s. Of course the movie released in 1994, and I guess it would be considered niche by some. But I liked the book and the movie. Also I doubt Mehra would not take care to make everything subtle. Why does the rating system have to be adult or everyone? What really makes me mad is when parents take their infants and little kids to take movies like KANK and are shocked by the content. Nonetheless I wish Hritik took more movies with other directors than his father. The Mehra project would have given him a chance to experiment. Personally I think it is his loss to be honest. Box officewise, he is probably playing it safe by doing more commerical ventures.
