lol actually you can. If a dead person decides to donate their face to someone else after death, it is possible. I am a undergrad doing pre-pharm and so I am having to take anatomy. In that class we studied a chase where a firefighter's face was burned completely. His face was completely distoryed. Later a bike mechanic died in an accident and donated his face to him. It is the most expansive face transplant in the history. 😊
