Once a teenage patient came to hospital with burned hands.. He was not ready to listen or tell anything to anyone.. I was off duty that day my colleagues called me saying its the case where only u can get something..

I saw him.. He was crying badly and his hands were burned completely.. I just reassured him that I won't share anything with or parents go ahead tell me about the girl.. He was stunned and started sobbing..

He told me his girlfriend ditched him for another guy and he was just being used at all points of his life.. He lit camphor in his hands for 5 continuous hours as a offering to goddesses for return of his love..

I was speechless.. It took me one week to make him understand to forget her and move on..
