FRIDAY UPDATES

episode 299

Continue from yesterday.. selva and nithila in the car. Selva says its our wedding anniversary. You have asked for a divorce and he was unable to give it earlier. Now, she would get what she wanted. Tomorrow they will met their lawyer. Selva had informed the lawyer to prepare mutual divorce. They only have to sign it and would get the divorce in a week. All this time, nithila shows shock and tries very hard to control her tears.... ( gal, wake up... tis is your only chance!!!! 😡 😡 ). They arrived and selva says don't worry. Everything will be settle tomorrow. Selva gets down. Nithila still in tears, gets down together.

Shanta's house. Shanta is reading newspaper. Lali looks like cleaning the shelf. Selva enters in. Shanta invites them in. Shanta and lali both invites selva and nithila in. shanta ask selva if only now he remembers them. Selva ignores shanta's question and ask for their dad. Shanta looks at lali. He then ask selva whats the problem between both brothers? Selva says nothing, just asking for dad. Shanta calls his dad. Father cames there and ask selva if adhi had chased them out too. Selva says no, his here to take dad home. Father says no, im not caming there. All this while i've been staying there only for the sake of the childrens. Adhi is getting way to much. Selva looks shocked at his dad. But today, Adhi is not even willing to help her own son in his business. Why? Because she is scared her son will be better than her. Adhi just wants everyone to follow her and listen to her only. Dats why she is not even bother about her own sons. In fact she had even insulted me badly and im not going to live with her again. Nithila gets angry and tells her father ?in ?law that he taking what adhi said to seriously. Lali butts in calling her name but shanta holds her hand and stops her.

Break

Shanta holds lali's hand and stops her. Shanta says its fair mother scolds him as he had asked for his share. But what did father did? How can mother insult him like that? He can't even say out things his mother had insulted. Nithila keeps quite. Selva tells his dad that this is not the first time its happening. Mother had always been like that. So why suddenly now dad has to feel it? At this age? (What's wrong with Selva?? 😡 ) Father says there is a limit for everything and your mother had gone way beyond it. No matter how educated or rich a woman is, she must respect her husband. Or else she is just not a woman. Selva looks angry. He tells his dad everyone in this world also had problem. Some even look happy outside, but suffering inside. Nithila stares at selva (Selva was actually refering to both of them). Selva used to examples of some people who had gone through worse matters than this. Selva continues saying even there are people whom got married and within one week ask for divorce. Nithila butts in and ask selva why pulling her into this. Selva says no, his talking generally. If nithila is feeling bad, he can't do anything. Nithila carries on telling selva to understand her. She used to be like that. Not now. Now reason for selva asking his dad diverts to their problem. Nithila then ask selva why he married her. Selva stumbles. Father scolds selva not to further hurt nithila's feelings. Nithila ask him not to scold selva. This is all her faulth and faith. Nithila runs out 😭 😭 . Father questions selva. Selva ask his dad to came back and dad says no. Selva leaves.

Praba is at his office. His brother walks in giving him somethings. Normal conversation between brothers. Brother gives the balance. Praba starts looking at the notes. Brother ask him why his looking at the notes. Praba says his looking for some serial number. Brother laughs at him. Praba ask him to go back. Brother ask him to tell the details. Praba explains to him the problems in mute. Brother says its a waste of time. But praba says they have no option left. Brother gives a idea. He ask praba to sms the serial numbers to all phone. If anyone has the same note with the serial number, they will be rewarded. Since everyone will have phone, its much easier to reach everyone at the same time and saves more time. Praba praise his brother and quickly calls jeeva and tells her the idea. Jeeva says good idea, lets start on that.

Break

Looks like a function is going on. Guest all all waiting. Lali looks nice in her orange saree. She is preparing prayers things. A lady walks to her and says she likes Lali a lot. Lali came there as guest but seem to be doing lots of works. Lali says no problem on that. Its not a big deal. Everyone is waiting for someone. (I think is Adhi) YYYyeeee Adhi arrives. Lali turns and the lady points at Adhi and says she is the chief guest. Adhi is talking to someone at that time. Lali is thinking of something. Lali then ask the lady why you invite her as chief guest? The lady ask lali why she is saying that? Lali says this is the first time you starting your business, why asking a lady without husband to do that? The lady looks shocked. Lali pretends like feeling sorry and ask her to forget the matter. But the lady kept on prestering lali. Lali says that Adhi had chased her husband away. Lali says its okay, just leave it as it is. The lady walks towards her husband with a confused look on her face about adhi. Shanta is introduced to Adhi. (hahaha so funny). Adhi just gives a smile. The man praise shanta infront of adhi saying Shanta is so much better in his work and so on. Adhi is just quite. Then everyone walks towards the kutte vilakku. Lali is looking and Adhi gives a proud look. The man gives Adhi the candle to lit it. But she will be stopped by the man's wife. Lali smiles. The lady ask Adhi if your husband is with you. The lady's husband scolds her. But she kept on questing Adhi. Adhi says no, whats the problem now? The lady then says, appo, nengga ore valavetti??? thodarum

Update for Friday
Ep 299

1) recap from the previous ep, selva tells nithi that he is going to grant her her wish of divorce which she had asked as her first gift (birthday gift). he says he has already spoken to the lawyer about it and that they will visit him tomorrow (which is their 1st wedding anniversay) to sign on the dotted line which the lawyer has prepared. he goes on to tell her since nithi has said before to jeeva that if you don't like someone, you will not have a place for them in your lifetime, she must have said what she was feeling exactly at that time. nithi is crying away, and selva stops the car outside shanta's house and gets off. he goes in with nithi (seems like this is the first time he comes by to shanta's house) and shanta and lali invites them in. selva calls out for sundara "appa appa" and he finally comes out. selva asks him to go back home but sundara says he had stayed in that house for the sake of his children but she had scolded him and refuses to give money to shanta for his business. he also say he regrets living with a devil (raatchatsi) this long and calls it a sin. nithi (half backed nut as roja would say) quickly starts to defend her attai blindly saying aathi must have said all those in anger. lali gets angry with nithi for defending aathi and wanted to speak up but was stopped by shanta.

2) shanta speaks up instead saying aathi has a right to scold him since he asked for a share in the property but what did sundara do to deserve such a tongue lashing from aathi? nithi is dumbfound so selva speaks up to sundara saying, he should know aathi always speaks that way every other day so why is he behaving like this getting angry suddenly at his age. sundara retorts saying anger can come to any ages and its not easy living a life with a person like aathi as he (selva) thought so. no matter how rich and powerful a woman could be, she should have respect for her own husband. selva gets angry and says out that sundara is not the only one who is feeling angry. there are many others who are having problems inside but does not show it out to the public (hinting himsef). selva talks about world 's athenian philosopher socrates whose wife don't respect him also. seems when he holds a meeting a their door gate, his wife will bring a bucket of water to pour it on him. he goes on to say, there are people who have asked for divorce after being married for 1 day (hinting nithi) but don't they hide all that and show that they are happy. nithi asks selva why is he pulling her name in and he replies saying he didn't pinpoint her but said it in general and if she felt guilty, he can do nothing about it. they exchange some heated words and nithi asked him since he didn't expected anything from her, then why did he married her in the first place. selva was fumbling for words to reply and says it was an accident in the past and there wasn't a day where he didn't feel about it. sundara scolds selva but nithi asks sundara not to scold him and that everything is her fault and will happen as its her fate and walks off. sundara asks selva to go after her but selva says to ignore her and asks him to return home. sundara tells him he is not coming home and asks him to patch up with nithi. selva just leaves after looking at all of them.

in prabha's office, his brother gopi visits him with some newly bought clothes and passes him the change of money. prabha's quick instinct was to look at the serial no. on the notes and gopi enquires why and prabha explains to him in muted background. gopi asked him if he is doing comedy by looking at one note by one note. prabha says this is the only clue they have to move the case. gopi then suggests to him that why don't he do an initial mass sms posting all the serial no. and give a reward for those that come forward with it. sms's are usually forwarded very fast thus high chance of many people knowing about it since sms is free nowadays. prabha tells gopi its a good idea and calls jeeva to tell her about it. jeeva also agrees its a good idea and says she will also forward it around. (how are they going to forward the serial nos. of 5 kodi nos??????, are they doing comedy here?)

3) shanta & lali are helping a business client and his wife to prepare for a celebration for a function (opening of a new business office) and the wife says they are waiting for the chief guest. just then aathi turns up and lali spots her and claifies with the wifey of the client that aathi is the cheif guest. lali thinks for a moment and then tells the wifey that aathi is not a suitable person to be the chief guest and the wife queries why. lali says aathi has chased her husband out of the house hiding the fact that she is her mother-in-law from her. the wifey feels upset on hearing that and just then her husband calls her over to introduce her to aathi. shanta and lali comes by after that and aathi hides her displeasure. the business client introduces shanta as the guy who did the interior decoration for his office. aathi just acknowledges it.

the business client lights the candle to pass it to aathi to light the kuthu villaku and the wife stops her and asks her if her husband is living with her. aathi tells her her husband is not living with her presently and the lady quickly asks her if she is a vaala vetti (living apart from her husband). aathi is shocked by her question and lali sniggers. THODARUM....

Monday Updates
Episode 300

Scene continues from the function. The lady calls Adhi as Valavetti. Adhi is shocked and so is Shanta. Lali give a smile. The lady scolds her husband. This is the first time their going to start the business, i don't like lady like Adhi lighting the lamp. She continues saying Adhi's character is very cheap. She further tells Adhi to start living with her husbadn first, then she can attend function like this and takes the candle from Adhi. The lady ask Lali to light. Adhi is shocked and irratated. Lali refuse saying there are older people there. The lady says you are the right person. You are pregant and have the mahalakshimi look. Lali takes the candle, and walk infront of Adhi. Adhi is soooo angry and leaves the place. Lali lights the candle and everyone claps. Adhi heard the clapping sound and said Cheh!! and leaves...

Surya and Jeeva sitting in a restaurant. Surya says its been long since they have spend time together. Jeeva ask him to understand her as she has so many problems lately. Praba does not like her talking to surya. Surya looks up shocked. Jeeva further says, even baba does not like her goin about in the motorbike. Surya tells jeeva that she understand and listen to others but never understand his feeling. Surya says his her lover but she never listen to him. Jeeva argues with him and ask him when she did not listen to him. Surya says he feel bad that everyone cares for jeeva but there is no one for him. Only jeeva is all he have. He needs more love and attention from her. Jeeva says that she will try and she knows how much surya miss her. She then suggest surya that from now on they will met everyday. When they about to pay the bill, Jeeva notice the note given by surya. She use the number to compare the serial number. Surya ask her what is jeeva doing. The note given by surya, matches the serial number. Jeeva is shocked and looks happy. Jeeva ask surya from where he got the note. Surya starts stumbling. Jeeva ask him to think properly. Surya then says Poochi gave him the note. Jeeva then tells Surya that she need to met poochi urgently.

Nithila is preparing the food. Selva walks down. He ask nithila to get ready to go to lawyer office. Nithila is shocked. She looks at selva. Selva says everything is ready. Its easy to get the divorce now. Nithila starts crying. Selva ask nithila what happen. Lets go. Nithila says no, she don't want the divorce. Selva ask her why. Nithila confess her love to him (finally). Selva says nithila had requested for the divorce, so why now she is saying no. Nithila ask selva to stop hurting her feelings with his words. The she utters the word ILOVE SO MUCH SELVA. Nithila says all this while, her ego had stopped her from uttering those words. Selva just stares at her without any response. Nithila continues saying all of selva's love had changed her heart. She admired selva for loving and caring her so much. Selva looks a bit angry. Nithila explains to him all the attemps she had tried to confess her love. Nithila begs selva to accept her. Selva laughs and starts clapping her hands. He says nithila's acting is superb. Nithila looks at him shocked. For one year Nithila had never had love for her but now all the sudden now the love came from where? Is this instant love? Nithila begs selva to believe her. Selva does not believe her. He says nithila is not having the love, only the position MD given by his mother, her ego, office and the new wealth is something that nithila don't want to let go. Thats why she pretends like loving selva.Selva further says Nithila is loving him not for his heart but his wealth. Nithila shouts our Selva's name and holds his shirt and scolds him for insulting her love. At the same time magila is calling selva, but selva cuts the call. Nithila tells selva she will die to prove her love. Selva just ignores her. Nithils says you will believe me if i die infront of you and runs to the kitchen and closes the door. Selva runs behind her and starts banging the door. He then runs to the behind window and shouts at Nithila to open the door. Nithila opens the gas and holds the fire clip in her hand. Thodarum

Tuesday Update
Episode 301

Selva is banging the door asking nithila to open the door. Magila on the other side calls him to came home immediately. Before selva could answer her, magila puts the phone down. Selva continues to beg nithila not to do it and begs her to came out. Nithila says she's got no other way to prove her love for him. She has to burn herself to prove her love. She ask selva for the last time if he believes her love and trust her. Selva finaly says yes, please came out. He admits Nithila's true love. Nithila ask him to promise not to talk about divorce once she is out. Selva says no, he believes nithila's love. Nithila cames out. Selva goes to her and looks soooo relieved. He says thanks to her. Just then his phone rings (its magila). He offs it and tells nithila he has to go out for a while and would be back soon.

Magila is walking up and down in her house. In cames selva. He ask her what is the problem. He is already tired with Nithila's problem. Magila asks him what has happen. Selva explains everything to Magila, incident that happen at home. Magila shows like she's concern with it. Selva then ask her why she ask him to came urgently. Magila gives him an envolope. Selva opens it to find pictures of both he and magila. Selva is shocked. He ask who did this. Magila says she also don't know. Just then a call cames in. Its Sri, the guys that had been following magila from bombay. When selva mention sri's name, magila looks worried and ask selva to cut the call. Sri tells selva he is the one send the picture. Actually he suppose to send it to Selva's house, but accidently send it to magila's house. But no worries, he had send in another set/copy to selva's house. Selva is really shocked this time and starts shouting at Sri. Sri ask him to stop shouting and hurry home to receive the mails. Selva quickly tells magila what happen and rushes out to his house.

Pochi is standing in the middle. Jeeva, Surya, praba and the police fren are rounding poochi. Poochi looks scared and confused. Praba ask Poochi from where he got the Note. Poochi starts thinking then says to surya that he got the note from the guy where he bought the parcel for surya. Surya is shocked and quickly beats him and tells him to talk about the note, not the parcel (Surya almost got caught. Lucky Poochi used the word parcel instead of Ganja). Praba inquires more about the parcel but surya says its nothing. Just something thing for the old lady, their neigbour. Poochi then says he got the note from someone who is at a banglo, at the corner of a jungle. The police fren then says then maybe vanaja got a link with those guys. Jeeva ask him how could it be. The policefren says its difficult to use the rombed money at the same time, so they give out little by little. Jeeva then tells praba to immediately take poochi there and arrest those guys.

Selva reaches home and ask the guard if there was any mails. Guard says yes, its given to Nithila madam and she has left to work. Selva gets more tensed. He calls nithila's phone. Nithila in the auto, looking at the mails and one with selva's name. Just then selva call her and ask where she is. Selva ask her to stop there and he will fetch her. He wants both of them to go to office together. Nithila becames so happy and agrees. Nithila is waiting in a junction and selva cames there to fetch her. Selva saw the envolopes in nithila's hand. Both are in the car going to office. Thodarum

Update for Wednesday
Ep 302

1) recap from the previous ep, selva rushes to fetch nithi to office as she is holding the letters (one of it, is sent by sreekumar or is it srikumar). selva takes the opportunity to grab all the letters that nithi was looking through and asks her if he came to fetch her so that she can look at the letters. he tells her he wants to talk to her thats why he came to fetch her and nithi says she is happy to be able to talk to him so freely without any problems of anyone ignoring or crying away which is agreed by selva (he is so nervous about the letter that he don't know what to talk but keeps telling the driver in between to turn right and turn left). nithi is smiling away happily and they reach office and selva goes to his cabin quickly to skim through the letters.

2) selva finds a letter addressed to him and opens it up but it was empty. just then that srikumar calls and teases his fear (how come this guy knows exactly when to call????? at the right time somemore!). he threatens selva saying one day the photos will be sent to his house. he goes on to say that how could he have a mistress when he has such a good wife at home. selva asks him to cut the crap and asks him how much he wants. sri demands for 25 lax and selva say that is such a big amount but sri says since his mum aathi is such a rich lady, he should be able to pay up. he demands for the money by the following day saying if he don't pay up, he won't be sending letters anymore but will turn up personally to show the photos to his wife and his mum and hangs up. selva is terribly confused and sri talks to himself saying, "i have confused him but surely he will turn up". scene moves to prabha & manohar waiting in a car nearby some hidden place (location provided by poochi) and an auto stops on the road with 3 guys coming out. prabha recognises one of the guy to be vanaja's right hand man (i think he is the auto guy, but am not sure) so it was agreed that manohar will get down to enquire the guys and prabha were to come in case of any problem. the 3 guys spots manohar and thought him to be the guy they were waiting for but manohar suddenly grabs one guy and a tussle breaks out. prabha comes out from the car to help manohar and all but 1 guy was caught by manohar and they drive off with him. (manohar from certain angles look like actor sarathkumar lol).

3) both prabha & manohar tie him up and uses the plier to inflict pain on him by starting to pull at his nails. he keeps saying its painful and he finally confesses and tells them that vanaja was the one who stole the money, the 5 lax from venky and they had been using this doubles trick (same trick used on poochi to steal his money) to convert the black money to white money. he also spits out where vanaja lives and prabha notes it down. scene moves to aathi who is waiting by her car by the road and jeeva drops by and pokes fun at her saying her poison plant is doing the job very well (referring to shanta & lali) and also talks about the previous incident where she was chased out instead of lighting the kuthu vilaku. she goes on to say that very soon, selva & nithila will leave her also and she will be all alone by herself. aathi is peeved! THODARUM...

Update for Thursday
Ep 303

1) recap from the previous ep, jeeva meets aathi by the roadside in her car and tells her she was the one who sent shanta to her (aathi) asking for his share in the property and leaves thereafter. aathi is peeved and leaves for home also. she is watching tv in her guest house and surya drops by. aathi complains to him that she is unable to do anything to jeeva and that surya has made a sothapal of the ganja matter. aathi tells him that jeeva has found her weak point (she cares for her prestige alot) and is using it to her advantage. surya then tells aathi that if her family is her weak point then baba (natrajan) is jeeva's weak point and tells her the background of baba's background and how jeeva trembled with fear when he was kidnapped by nithila previously (about him leaving his wife and kid behind to look after jeeva) in muted background. aathi tells him there is no point in telling her all these. she said surya should have raped jeeva back then when she said so and jeeva should trawl the road crazily and cry like hell after that. she shouts at surya saying why haven't he done so. surya fumbles to reply her. (it buffered and by the time i got the signal, it was the adverts)

2) next scene surya brings jeeva to a house saying its a house he has rented for the both of them after they get married. jeeva tells him she has her own house and also a guest house but surya tells her he wants to have house on his own. they both play around when surya asked for 10 kids but jeeva says 2 will do. while playing around, they reach the bedroom and he introduces the place as their first night and tells her his imagination of her coming to see him with milk into the room on their first night and asks jeeva to re-enact the scene. some romance between them as surya narrates the imagination. he asks her to close the door holding the milk in her hand with shyness. he takes the milk from her and places it on the side table and gets her to sit down on the bed. he moves closer to sit beside her and lifts her head which is down in shyness and both look at each other. jeeva later closes eyes and lies on his shoulder and surya hugs her tightly.

3) surya then asks jeeva if she will say she likes him and asks her to reply. jeeva just then gets up from his shoulder and tells him, she knew what was he going to do after that but still she lay on his shoulder without a word, this should say how much she loves him. surya gets a shock and jeeva tells him the other times his plans were wrecked when he tried to get intimate with her. she mentions the scene where he brought her to the old empty house but was spoiled by poochi's appearance and also when baba was kidnapped, he tried again but was spoiled by lali's appearance. jeeva goes on to say that she knows how much surya loves her and it is common for guys to want to be intimate before marriage. at the same time, she says she is also willing to give up anything for the man she loves. since she has given her heart to him, what more is a body? surya is shocked by her words. THODARUM...

-- initially i thought jeeva was clever enough to have seen through surya but it turns out she was willing to do what he wants!!!!!! --- i really don't know what to say 🤢

(Sorry for taking advantage in doing today's update, Bluegal and Netra take a rest)

Jeeva tells Surya that, you don't realsie how much I love you even after I was leaning on your shoulder without uttering a single word. Not only me, if any girl love one man very deeply, then she will be ready to give anything for him. Once it has been decided to give, there is no difference between heart and body. Surya gets panic and starts screaming that I am not good Jeeva, I am bad, I do not even eligible to stand infront of you, by telling this Surya was moving out by Jeeva calling from behind. Surya left in his bike, while Jeeva was standing near the gate and try to make a call from her mobile, but she hears ringing sound inside and went inside to take Surya's mobile. Now Aathi make a call to Surya, Jeeva do not know who is calling. She attended the call. Aathai says "Yennada Unna yethukku annupinen, antha Jeeva va love panni namba vachu, rape panni kai vittutu vada na yenna da pannara, anniku yennano Persia pesina, yenna oru phone kooda pannala, yenna da pecha kaanum" --- Now Jeeva replies saying that Yeeeiiii Aathai, you make such a plan to destroy me, I am Jeeva talking, so she cut the phone. Jeeva feels very bad and control her tears which is about to come out from her eyes.

Surya goes home and pack all the money in one suitcase. Poochi comes there and what happened? Also other two (I don't remember those name, that drunkard guy and his lover) was questioning Pottu. Surya replies now only he realized his mistake and the Surya who was greedy for money has died some time back. Now this Surya knows what is love, affection etc.. and I sincerely love Jeeva. Poochi gives happy and relieved sign, but other two was unhappy. Surya says this house and this money came from cheating, if we cheat and get something that will not stay long and left the place with all money.

Surya riding to Aadhi's house by thinking Jeeva's statement about love. Surya enters into Aadhi's house, where she is walking up and down with tension. As soon as Surya enters, she tried to tell that by mistake she talked to Jeeva and said everything, but he intervenes and inform her that he has changed and loving Jeeva truly, so better not interfere in Jeeva's matter again. Aadhi says that I know, you can not live without money now, I know you need money for sarakku and rich house etc…. He reply saying that from now on, I will not listen to you, I will not cheat anyone for money, I have changed completely. I born as orphan and did small small mistake, that too from rich people. Jeeva came to my life because of you. Now I realized what is affection and went out by leaving Aadhi stunned.

Next scene, Jeeva thinking about how she lost tender to Aadhi, How Surya made her to doubt very good employee, How Prabha asked her to reconsider her decision of love towards Surya as he does not like Surya, How Ganga has vanished from their place, How prabha doubted Surya for that matter and fight between them….. Now Surya enters by calling Jeeva. She feels like giving him red and blue, but she shout at him by saying that you have sent by Aadhi to cheat me in the name of love. By saying this she gave his mobile to him. She continue to say, I am only one idiot who blindly believed you. Now it is enough. Surya tries to say that No Jeeva, I have lot of change in myself, I myself came to confess everything to you…… Jeeva shouts --- You are big cheat, after being caught too you are managing nicely. That Aadhi has selected correct person only to cheat me. Now Jeeva in still louder voice --- Velila Poda Velila PODA VELILA PODA…. Surya was shocked to hear this from Jeeva.
