I think he told Ridz tht he likes her or may b loves her.. he wud hav been lik "meri aakhri iccha hai"or whtever...or may b he told her tht "mein theek toh hojaunga na" an then Ridz:"nahi tume kuch nahi hoga...blah blah...(as a doctor)" then sumit:" Agar mein theek ho gaya toh meri ek wsh puri karegi" then he wu have tol tht he likes her an stufff.....And yea..This time I m thinking smartly😆See..did u notice...uss din when ridz came to library they showed Sumit...uske baad toh uska naam-o-nishan tak nahi!!!The Creatives r clever....but We are more clever....This sounds a Solid reason to me...an Angie ki toh no wories cuz now Atul-aAngie love story is gonna start....

reason behind Ridz saying no is just the mere
fact that she doesnt want to get hurt again.
The whole bet scenario really shattered her
and she doesn't want that to happen again..
Until she completely understands Armaan and his
