Should those questions no t be enough to get Nidhi locked up?

Yes I think Judge will lock Nidhi in Jail for kidnapping Pihu.

In both situation Nidhi should be arrested.

Does not matter Pihu or Ruhi, Kidnapping to hua hein.

She will be punished soon, no worries.

Law in Telly land is to be mocked. If things go according to the law then Ishita should have been in jail or so coz although it's proved that she killed the lawyer in self defence but she did try to hide the body later is a fact and is punishable.

Judge is not supposed to talk to any party alone, it's highly offensive but in every case we see judge talking to the parties.

When IshRa caught Nidhi they were ordering the police as if they were police and the police were fools.

These are just a few recent ones I have put up, there are endless places where law has been mocked
