Like most Bollywood events, the premiere of Ekta Kapoor's film Koi Aap Sa at Cinemax in Lokhandwala started late. It was but obvious that there would be more television actors than Bollywood stars at the venue. Among the early birds who came to watch the film and attend the pre-event party were Hiten Tejwani and Yash Tonk, along with their respective wives, Gauri Pradhan and Gauri Yadav. Rakshanda Khan too put in an appearance. Playing host was Shobha Kapoor who made sure that everyone was comfortable. She was later joined by husband Jeetendra and son Tusshar. Ekta, however, was one of the late entrants. The only people from the film industry to be seen were Satish Kaushik, Ashwini Chowdhury and Milap Zaveri. The television industry however was ably represented by a battery of actors - Riva Bubber, Eijaz Khan, Hiten Paintal and his girlfriend Kishwar, Sakshi Tanwar, Jasveer Kaur, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Deepak Parasher, Gautam Kapoor, Nandini Singh, Ali Hassan, Tina Parikh, Nikhil Arya, and Vidya Sinha. While the stars of the film Aftab, Natassha and Dipannita were busy giving interviews, the rest of the crowd chit-chatted over cocktails. | ||
