Adarsh decides the outcome of every hearing

What a script man. What a script. Indian TV needs such scripts more and more. It was mind blowing. I loved the way Swa conducted her arguments. First establishing the integrity of Jilani through professor and students. Then bringing the name of Aravind Gupta with proofs that Asad had 3 friends. The public prosecutor tried to tell Aravind is not connected. He was not seen anywhere near the blasts. The flat had no finger prints of him. I loved Swa telling it is because of this it is extremely important to get Aravind Gupta. The police should be alert when they hear no finger prints of a person staying in a flat for long time. How can it be like that. Do we walk in our homes hiding our finger prints if we do not have anything to hide.

Loved courtroom scenes. She was right on the target!
Both Suhasini & Adarsh were thinking at the mention of Arvind.
And now even if police doesn't, padmashri Aiyer will puck up this 'story'!

Wonder at what stage Suhasini enters. Before Arvind or After Arvind.
Wonder if Mamu told Swa about Yash's involvement in terror threat investigation or Yash will come after Suha enters the case- and she brings him up with knife incident?
And that brings in Radhika.

It is just so interlinked & interesting to watch how it will proceed.

I mentioned in other post: Per your last post, Simi holds the key! She knows more perhaps, Abhay did write to her more about Asad than just Aman perhaps. Hope! Or some other way: she will stand up for Swa!

Finally she calls Adarsh Sinha to the witness box. I loved it man. I loved not only her, but her trust in Adarsh. See it was only a communication between them. There was no visual proof. Adarsh Sinha could have lied telling he doesn't know anything about it. She is making up the story.

But look at Adarsh. Knowing well his testimony can impact the case he speaks the truth. He tells yes she did tell him that gift was bought by Aravind gupta. He also talks about Abhay's last words. But since it was only Asad Swa says it could have been something else also. And yes court can never tell what Abhay wanted to tell. It was only Asad. But Adarsh testimony forces the court to order search for Aravind Gupta.

Remaining is done by Padmashree. The media goes viral with the name Aravind Gupta and now the police cannot ignore Aravind Gupta. They have to search. They have to bring some information. WOW second hearing will be interesting.

Swa was in full glory man. She conducted the defense quite eloquently.

Interestingly next hearing is after 10 days. So Manohar par goli chalne wali hai, which might force Suha to step in from 3rd hearing. But from 3rd hearing Adarsh Sinha has also to step in the mud. Because Suha is stepping in with a power. Power of a mother for her child. Without Adarsh Sinha Swa cannot take that power.

Yeah Shruthi, It was a brilliantly executed script. Since last two episodes this show is going to great heights. In last two episodes we saw different shades of emotions and relationships:
1. Painful shade of love :A newly married girl remembering the best moments of her life missing the warmth and support of her love and longing for it. At the same time her husband also having same feeling but is bounded by his prejudice.

2.Budding friendship: Swa and Simmi's scene was really soothing and pure. It showed how simmi is counting on swa and becoming dependent on her. Swa is the girl whom her husband accepted as his sister and simmi will never forget that.

3.Determination of father/brother/mother/SIL for justice

4.Blind emotions: Adarsh and evryone is blinded by sorrow right now and even though they are highly educated and come in the elite section of society, they arre not able to see the cause behind swa's decision.

5.Faith on human made relationship: Swa is fighting this case only because of the trust he has on maamu, she didnot took the decision after getting some proof but she right away denied the fact that they are trrorists. She has to prove that the person who taught her morals and the person who was her strength ,both are not wrong.

6.Pain can make us stronger and rational: Unlike the Sinha,s even after loosing her most beloved one ,Swa is calm and composed, she has brought all the evidences she can and even she is able to see the things which the Sinha's are not.

I dont know when Adarsh will start applying his senses, but I know one thing for sure, Swa doesnot need any body's help now. She can free her maamu and her brother from the charges all alone. May be after the third hearing adarsh will come to know that it was not Asad who killed Abhay and then he will catch Arvind. I desperately want him to play some part in all this otherwise at the end he will just be one big looser who left his wife to fight alone.

@sur you cannot tell Swa can win on its own. She needs Adarsh. His truth. Today by speaking truth Adarsh aided Swa. And as his truth helps her to bring in more clues he will also see the light . And you bought out the dynamics of relations beautifully

i still cant believe there s no eyewitness to the wrestling that was shown between arvind n abhay before he blows off that bomb n the market. Agreed people were running seeing police wrestling some random person but atleast one person must have seen abhay n arvind fighting r some cctv camera might have captured their fight.

AS swadhu has filed PIL n paddy s giving enuf coverage i think.someone will come fwd .

True , I am also confused that who will testify Arvind/Abhay and Arvind/Asad fight. It is just arvind as of now who knows this, but it is highly unlikely that he will admit all this, he will blame everything on Asad only. Adarsh can hint swa about his stammering thing but how is he going to admit the other stuffs is very unlikely because police is not having any evidence against him :(

No body is talking about the murder weapon yet, it certainly doesnot have asad's fingerprints, It wud have been extremely easy to prove asad's innocence through the gun evidence..

Someone please give some clue on how will Swa prove that Asad dint kill abhay and he died because he went to catch arvind, it will be big relief atleast for now.. 😕

I think as thy found asads fone from his call list swadhu will know he called yash n abhay n then mamu wil tell swadhu that yash n asad were wrking together n the terrorist thing n from hereon yash will come n picture.n then radhika i think

I also think as abhay n asad have been travelling together to the blast venue there might b atleast one traffic lites cctv camera(if there r any in wrking condition) that must have captured them together but for swadhu to rch that conclusion needs to go thru asads call list first.
