i don't agree about the third party stuff and how it should affect our view on azaan versus kabir. yeah, maybe it's realistic, that misunderstandings and obstacles come in the way. but it was a fact, as shown in the show, that kabir just had a stronger character. he was more mature. he had his priorities in life set, it was very clear to him what was important in his life, what his duties were, what his values were, etc. it is natural to think then that kabir, if he had been in azaan's position would have acted very differently. it's not about circumstances...it's about the person. it is strength of character that allows one to take actions...otherwise, circumstances just control you.
as for dear afreen. what she's doing is her fault? she's the one sacrificing her happiness. it is her fault that she is trying to sacrifice her own happiness for the sake of azaan? she's the one distancing herself, yes, but why? that is answer is very clear. azaan on the other hand finally made a decision he should have long ago...to remove saniya from his life. it's the only way. he doesn't have the strength to handle his position and duties with distraction. so if this is the only, so be it. i have no pity for saniya.
going back to afreen..she is doing this because she said that the person who tries to keep all others happy also deserves happiness. ...well, what about her? doesn't she deserve happiness?
