What is the point of having a banner contest if you're not gonna change the old banner? The winner was announced days ago yet the winning banner still hasn't been posted yet! smh..

I meant why hasn't the old banner been replaced with this winning banner yet..

The banner on top of the Gangaa Forum is still the old banner, and hasn't been replaced by this new banner.

It has been updated...sometimes you have to refresh your cookies in the browser to view it. There were also some technical issues earlier.
