Izzat ka sawal .. on both sides. The honour of Abhay and Asad + Haider Jilani.
The Sinhas have isolated Swadeentha because she took a stand.
If only she had done it in not such a loud and blatant way, their sensitivities wouldn't have hurt so much. But the media was hounding her and used her impassioned speech in the most sensational manner.
It looks to the world like Swadeentha turned away from her sasural, and is being impertinent. She was expected to toe the line, to bow her head in acquiescence and feel grateful that her in-laws took her in anyway, despite being associated with the terrorists who killed Abhay.
A girl must never turn away from her sasural. A girl ceases to be an individual person, with principles, experience, instincts and moral values. She simply becomes a new member of another family, with a task to prove her worth.
I feel bittersweet pain for Swadeentha. it was an impossible thing to do. Difficult to think about, instinctual when it came to the shove. Seeing her mami turned out to the streets, the dignified Haider mamu in such a state in jail, and Asad buried in such a dishonoured way.
She was so conflicted, she wanted to do the right thing. What she SHOULD do vs what she WANTED to do. In the aftermath, she faced the firing squad of her sasural.
What a scene man. Having to face accusations from all directions in anger. But she stood her ground: Abhay was my brother too. But Asad is not a killer. I will prove them wrong.
Adarsh has reacted very badly. He has frozen her out, silent punishment, as has everyone else. Her presence suddenly is unpleasant to them .
The terrorist supporter.
I wish she didn't try to get approval from the Sinhas for her quest. For them it was unthinkable. To expect it from them, was bound to be unfruitful. Her best bet was to get to the bottom of the mystery as soon as possible.
That police inspector gives me the creeps. His job is to investigate the crime, not judge and sentence. The way he was assuring Adarsh that all the evidence WILL BURY Haider and Asad Jilani for the atrocity, was downright terrifying.
Where is our Robin Hood Adarsh? The IAS officer who understood the plight of the downtrodden? The avenger of victims of bureaucracy? He's so deeply buried in fury and blinded that he is not thinking.
He is so upset that his wife is not loyal to his stance, that he can't bear to be in her presence. Doesn't think : Why is she insisting on this?
I wish that inspector didn't exist. I wish Adarsh would personally delve into the investigation against Swadeentha and see the evidence that exists.
1. 11 shots fired at Abhay, with no gun or proof that Asad did it. He lies in a pool of blood nearby as a result of gun shot wounds and injuries from a fall from a great height. A lot of suppositions and conjecture can tie the two as related.
2. That picture Yash gave as identifying evidence. The three boys minus Arvind. The missing Arvind/Iftikhar will raise alarm bells with Swadeentha and Adarsh. Wigs, Long range communication contraptions, they'll soon know those 3 were not whom they thought.
3. Asad was an informant of Yash Bundela. Haider knows this and the principal of their college knows too. He just didn't realize he was right in the terror cell until too late.
I hope they don't drag the investigations too long. I dont think i have the heart to watch Swadeentha fail at defense first before succeeding. I don't have the gumption to watch the Sinhas sneer at her as she faces difficulties. đ

Lastly , i worry that Allen Broad case will come out, and Swadeentha will be accused of breaking the family completely; i do not wish that conviction upon her !
