Taani was tossing on her bed, sleep was far away her reach. She huffed in annoyance, it has always been worse when she has to sleep in new place. She was so used to her comfy bed, that finding sleep at some other place, is hard. When she couldn't tolerate anymore, she got down from the bed and walked out of the room. She stand outside his room, which was next to hers. She opened the door, with out making any sound and stepped inside the dark room.
She closed the door behind her and moved inside. A small night light was on, the only source of lightening in the room. She smiled softly when her gaze fall over his sleeping form on the bed. She removed her slippers and slide inside the covers. She was here because she needed some sleep. Yes. Sleep and peace of mind.
She wanted peace and warmth which she gets when he is around.
Rey shifted on the bed, His arms automatically curled around her waist, pulling her closer until he could feel every inch of her body against his. A feel of contentments seeped through him.
"What are you doing here, doll?" He asked her, his eyes were still closed while his voice was sleepy yet naturally husky.
"I wasn't able to sleep." She murmured, snuggling more into his arms. A sigh escaped her lips.
"Why?" He asked her,
"I used to sleep on my old bed, thats why. But i am sure, i will get some sleep now." She answered him in low tone. He hummed in response and held her tightly yet gently in his arms.
"Good night, Rey." She whispered softly.
"Good night, Doll." He whispered back, he dropped a sweet peck on her head. Taani closed her eyes, feeling contented. Soon she drifted to a peaceful sleep.

He woke up adjusting his vision to the brightness of the sun rays entering the room through the window. He inhaled a deep breath, her enchanting fragrance engulfed him. He turned to her side, His face was nuzzling into her hair while he slept to her side and his arm around her waist. Beautiful! Thats all he could think at the moment. She was beautiful, sleeping peacefully in his arms without any worry of outside world.
He lifted his hand and removed the hair strands falling over her angelic face, blocking his view from admiring her. A smile touched his lips, remembering how she came to sleep next to him, last night. He leaned and pressed his lips softly against her forehead.
"Good morning, angel."
Her eyes fluttered open, she was welcomed by his morning, husky voice. She moaned slightly, rubbing her eyes, she turned to him.
"Good morning, Rey." She whispered softly.
"Slept well?" Rey asked her, he tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear. Gazing down at her with soft eyes. Taani passed a small smile to him and nodded her head positively, it was best sleep of her life.
Rey let out a chuckle. He leaned and tickled his nose with hers. Taani giggled softy at his gesture. Rey smiled, the moment with her, feels perfect but still, there was something he wanted to do.
"Do i have the permission to kiss my beautiful doll?" Rey asked her, eying her lips which made her shy. She gave a small nod to him.
Rey smiled, he leaned, decreasing the distance between their lips. He placed his lips on hers, Kissing her tenderly. Her curled up, she wrapped her arms around him and kissed him back. Their tongues met, played and fought for dominance, in which he let her win, making her smile in the kiss.
Rey broke the kiss, leaving her breathless.
"It was amazing." She muttered, referring to their kiss. She shifted close to him and rested her head on his chest, drawing invisible pattern on his bare chest without knowing what her touch was doing to him. He felt shiver through him, her innocent touch was arousing and left him hard in need.
"I know." Rey agreed with her. He tighten his grip around her and pulled her close to him.
"And look, that kumbhakaran is still sleeping." Taani huffed, looking at her troy, who was asleep in his basket on the couch of his room.
"He is small, doll, and little puppies sleep alot" Rey told her, taani hummed in response. They stayed in each other's arms, enjoying the comfortable silence which broke with the knock on the door.
Rey groaned loudly at the disturbance in his moment, taan giggled softly. She sat on the bed where as he got up and went to open the door.
"What happened, mom?" He asked Avantika, who was standing outside the room.
"Taani's parents are here. Bring her downstairs, they want to talk to her." Avantika said to her son, who gave a small nod in return. Avantika passed a smile to him and went away from there.
