Frankly that was a bit presumptuous of Sona to refer to Natasha as his girlfriend. They proposed and he hasn't accepted or denied, so immediately jumping to GF title is a bit childish on her part. And her sarcasm was clearly lost on Dev.

Thankfully Dev didn't see her after his last response where she smiled after being curt with him just moments ago. He would have been even more confused about girls.😉

I totally agree with you , Sona was being sarcastic to him calling Nats his GF , but he chose to ignore that ..😆
