All members are nice.it's just that one or two members in each fan group get abusive and that make things worse for everyone.name calling,mocking,abusing starts all thanks to that one member who probably is smiling somewhere at his/her achievement.I have noticed that talking one to one to any member solved any grudge if I ever had one for whatever reason.the more you get to know someone the more you realize how wrongly you judged them at first..and I strongly believe that if you give respect you will get respect.
I made the birthday thread just to get members closer but I still see some not participating maybe for reasons best known to them-either not comfortable sharing their bday or the fact that I fall in a particular fandom category or something else.I make the extra effort to PM members for bday thread and all of them respond either with a yes or no and that makes me feel so happy.I know it's difficult to like everyone but we can always try.I do not feel comfortable with the feeling that I hurt someone with my words and maybe the other person feels the same.that's about it.sorry for the long essay.just wanted to say this for a long time 😳
