I have to say this show is truly different. What would a lot be expecting from this type of track? Where the missing mom returns and happens to be evil and what not creating more problems in the lives of the leads etc etc. Here it is completely different! Much more beautiful in fact.
The fact that Nirmala too isn't just some black and white character! She too has grey shades to her personality. She too somewhere is helpless. She too had her reasons that forced her to leave behind her home, her family, her son. Even though she loves them a lot. I LOVE that her character isn't just pure evil, I don't think it's evil at all actually. It's just misunderstood. I love what Nanu said today...
"Kabhi kabhi joh log ek dusre se sabse zyada pyaar karte hai, woh ek dusre se sabse zyada door hojate hai, ek choti si ghalat femi ki wajah se"
I TOTALLY saw a parallel in that line with Nirmala and Shravan and Sumo and Shravan! The same way Shravan separated from his mother, he separated from Sumo as well! And in both places, each one loved each other dearly! And yet went the furthest away from each other. Hats off for the dialogues here👏 Also, the scene where Nirmala just hears her son's voice as Sumo and Shravan were bickering downstairs, it was so beautiful! Her heart literally ached like a mother's would. I could feel her pain.💔 I am both excited and nervous about when these two will come face to face. All of their memories will wash right before them. I will literally bawl my eyes out at that scene.
The other thing I love is the beautiful bond between Sumo and Nirmala! I love how Sumo is almost as close to her like a mother and daughter. It's like Nirmala is the mother she could never have! As if she filled that empty place in her life and they understand each other like true blood😳 It's so beautiful. It's like already before their marriage, Sumo already has a valuable place in Shravan's family, especially his mom aka her future mother in law😉 Total wifey things right here!😆😳
The other thing I am loving about this track is how Sumo will be the one to unite mother and son and in the process erase the negative image Shravan has of women. As the mother and son's hearts meet again, so will Sumo and Shravan's. As those two become one, so will Sumo and Shravan. The same way these two relationships broke apart, the same way they will come together. This time not just with friendship, but with love as well❤️
Just look at the beauty of how this is all shaping to be. Total Ek Duje Ke Vaaste types. Completely different and unique. For the first time today, I felt that the title of the show itself doesn't just apply to Shraman here. It's so apt for Shravan and his mom as well.
"Mil Jane De Dil Jo Bane, Ek Duje Ke Vaaste"
Of course not in a romantic way, but in a mother son bond way, it's such a great parallel. Both relationships broken apart due to a small misunderstanding. Both never spoke to each other for all those years. Both love each other immensely yet don't say it. Only time will tell how these two relationships will meet again and become one. It's just beyond beautiful in my eyes the way cvs have shown Shravan and his Mother's story as a complete parallel to Shravan and Sumo's story. It's the first time ever I am seeing this type of a track.
I know we all want Shravan to realize. And he will soon. His emotions are already all over the place because of everything that's happening in his life right now. And his mother being back too now won't give him much time to reflect on Sumo and him. But soon enough he will. And it will be in a true way. Not just because of any jealousy from another guy. But because of the way Sumo will mend back what broke him all those years. This is when he will truly realize how much he loves her and how much she loves him. It will be a true emotional deep realization. Not just some superficial one. Their bond is worth far more than that. Far more than just some jealousy track. It's all leading to a great realization guys so just be a little more patient. Which I know is hard considering Shraman have tooo much chemistry😳 Also, I know that lately the intensity is missing, that's something even I noticed, which I hope they bring back. I also feel that this show is very similar to the movie "Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na" where the two best friends dont realize they love each other only until someone else enters the other person's life and replaces their value. Cuz like they say you only know you love them when you let them go. The only difference here is that Sumo has already realized but Shravan is yet to. Lets see what Ek Duje Ke Vaaste brings. Other than that, this connection between the two relationships, this aspect of the track is something I do like.
