I doubt this is true.
An interview of Sid was just posted related to the laughing gas situation. He was actually saying that he loves his job and requesting fans to keep watching TEI as it'll get interesting.
It doesn't even seem like he's quiting. He actual enjoys how his character is. So chill out.
Until Sid himself doesn't say something, let's not believe things.
