Another pearl of wisdom you bestow on enriching our perspective that we can't simply judge people but to understand them and derive a sense of acknowledgement for who they are and why they do things from that understanding. I loved your quote" those who judge don't understand and those who understand don't judge." Especially when people who are going through so much pain and suffering, we won't be able to see the depth of their emotions and claim we know what they are going through, every body has individual experience and it is about respecting that individuality and acknowledging their feelings and validating them. So think before you jump on the bandwagon of judgements and blame, that message you have delivered with great empathy, many thanks.
