Part 1 - Rahul Anjali Meeting
This is about the Raizada family. Arnav and Anjali lost their parents at a very young age. Their dad had an extra marital affair with a woman named Manorama, who is Arnav's aunt after marrying his uncle. Manohar is a widdower with one son named Akash. Manohar had married Manorama despite knowing that she was about to marry his BIL but out of ignorance. The brother-sister duo was thrown out of the house. They stay in Devyani's house who is their maternal grandmother. Daadi too left and settled in the ashram not bothering about her grand children. Devyani ran the bakery business who was assisted by Manohar. They established their business & became rich. They sent Arnav for further studies abroad. Arnav's ambition is to start a fashion company in the International level so as to purchase Sheesh Mahal for his Di. Anjali completed her studies & joined the school as a teacher in Nainital. She meets Rahul & they become best friends. Anjali develops the feelings for Rahul. Both belong to a middle class family. Rahul challenges Anjali to play basketball with him & win. Both play BB & have a tough fight. Anjali snatches the ball from Rahul who said: You don't know to play so you are snatching the ball.
Anjali: Even you cheated a lot. If you can cheat, why can't I?
Boys support Rahul. Girls support Anjali who eventually beats Rahul in the match.
Rahul: I delibrately made you win because you are my best friend.
Anjali: You lost. So you are giving this excuse.
The children are enjoying their fight. School principal intervenes between them. Rahul encounters school principal's daughter & gets attracted to her. Tina too gets attracted to him but is aware that Rahul & Anjali are fast friends which will eventually become love. She has a strong belief that love is pure friendship which is there between Rahul & Anjali.
Arnav returns to Delhi & starts the fashion business to fulfill his dreams. He worked hard & established his business to the International level & became a business tycoon. Many journalists interviewed him but he said, "It is plainly out of my efforts. I started with a garage & now I am to this level."
One lady asked him, "When are you going to marry?"
Arnav: Is it necessary for you to know that?
Lady Journalist: You are so hansdome & now have lot of money. I guess many girls must be mad after you.
Arnav: That is none of your business. Btw, do you want to marry me? If you have that in your mind, then stop dreaming about it.
Arnav purchases Sheesh Mahal from the relatives who threw them out of the house & starts a fadhion show. Anjali comes. He introduces her as a sister who is a school teacher.
His paternal uncle decides to meet Arnav to convince him to allow him & his family to stay there. The security tells them to wait outside.
