I don't know if it is deliberate or a co-incidence but MaaT is almost like female daddaji.
He was an authoritarian who believed in 'thakuron ki ijjat' and girls shouldn't be given too much freedom. Same with MaaT.
He had no problem in killing his ghar ki beti for their ijjat, neither does MaaT.
His idea of revenge was to shame Bindiya in front of everyone by disrobing her; her idea is almost similar... shame Anu by 'sharing' her between her sons.

The resemblance is uncanny... maybe that's by chance (lack of creativity) or it is by choice... to show bindiya that how she has turned into someone she hated (and ultimately killed) in her younger days.

I really hope it is the latter and someone show her the mirror. Badi amma is the logical choice here as she was the only one present to the seethe transformation and I have no hopes from the ever silent maya... but it hope it is Ananya or Shakti who find out about bindiya's history from BA.

there's no way that BA can make her realise, if she were to do it then Bindiya wouldn't have been like this... Bindiya must realise her mistakes by herself on knowing the true Ananya and changing her perspective about girls later on...

Well said.

It's like she has totally forgotten whatever Daddaji did to her. She is doing the same thing with Ananya. I guess it's one of those cases where the victim turns the oppressor. No self-reflection in this Bindiya. Just drunk on power.

Badi Amma and Maya- I think it's' better to not have any hopes from them. Anyway, their silence in the past has irritated me so much I'd rather they buzz off. Ananya is enough. Soni too.
