EMP, I don't think Anand is changing the script. I think the media just has come to know about it now. If there are indeed two female leads who have equal roles then I'm sure that's something that's been there since the beginning as it ain't some little detail. Adding a whole new character at this point would require changing the script so I'm guessing the media has probably got to know now as he's in the process of casting for those two roles.

Yes,you are right...I said it because Anand said he is writing it.All this time it was said that its a story of two people..Now it turned into three people if both the girls have same role...But as you said the story must have been ready in his head and adding a whole new character is not exactly makes sense...

At the risk of sounding like broken record, I'm still trying to wrap my head around Raees possibly shifting to another date. I may sound like a debbie downer but as a viewer who has been waiting for it since the first poster and teaser came out, I'm not sure if I care for this decision. Not saying they don't have their reasons. What Shahrukh said in the fame video made it pretty clear they have some solid reasons. They want a good release like he said but I guess I'm in the group that feels EID is the best time to release it, clash or no clash. I said it sometime back that how FAN does at the BO will probably have some effect on how the market looks at Raees. I'm guessing that has come into play here a bit. I still hope the makers would go ahead with the EID release man but at this point it seems unlikely. Almost everyone out there is saying it is shifting and no one from team Raees has this time bothered to deny it. I still think this notion that it'll do better as a solo release IMO is quite flawed. If it connects with the audience, it'll do well at the BO even if there's a clash. Infact shifting it I feel just bring with it quite a lot of unnecessary negativity...sigh.

As incorporating something like that later would change the whole story altogether so I'm guessing they're just in the stages of perhaps completing the script and casting for it as well.
