I don't know much about Aamir Khan showing off, as I don't see much of him in public. I don't think he shows off to be quiet honest. He only cares about his work.

Ajay and Salman seem down to earth to me. Salman comes across as selfless. He is usually spotted making fun of his own self which is a great quality to have. Keeps you grounded.

Akshay is cool. Don't think he shows off either, but he is a proud man.

To conclude,

Shahrukh Khan seems to have some kind superiority complex that's why he is always talking about being the best, snatching/stealing awards from others, what not. Don't mind me, this is not my opinion, but psychological research suggests the same.
