It really is last episode ka shoot. Shivji blesses them...I haven't seen it properly but there's something about their first born too. I guess second season will be about their child and we are getting a happy ending for Rivanya.

Because Rivanya were true to their promise and protected the mani at all cost. Shivji gave them a boon of being together forever. They will definitely have a child too. But Rivanya's first born will either be a Naagin or a human but if she's Naagin then she won't have the vardaan that Shivanya has and if she falls for a human then she will be punished for it.

Shesha apparently is in some kind of special prison that she cannot get out of for 25 years. Mahismati also cannot attack for the next 25 years.
