Realistically, Ishita would have been so hurt with the accusation, that she would have moved on, and maybe with Mani..there is a limit to which one can handle and realistically she would have either be alone or already married again
I agree with you ...quite practical...but we know BT heroes marry many and end up with whom they love but for FL ...she is alone left to suffer and somehow has to be back with hero
