No way can JJ make it by June. I mean weren't they talking about some shooting schedule that got cancelled recently. If they are still not done shooting then June release is difficult. JJ might just be jinxed.
As for Houseful 3, it is a franchise film. So, it has its own set fan base. And also, for the kind of film it is, even a month of promotions etc. is enough. It will or will not do well, based on its content but opening would definitely be based on the number of audience that liked Houseful or Houseful 2.
