I think she just posed for a photo I dont think she would be so irresponsible as to let SRK smoke around her , especially since she is carrying triplets and there are very high chances of problems like Preterm labor

I agree that the article is only stating facts... stardom desn't mean you can do whatever you want. It's celebrities who people idealize and if they don't feel their responsibility, it's a shame!
